Cel-Fi Wave

Worked fine out of the box. Would be handy to be able to see Network Unit antenna data while moving that component; even if I had to make a cell call to allow secure transmission of data to my phone instead of having to put the Coverage Unit in Bluetooth range. Since the privacy warning says data is passed to a remote server already anyway, an available LTE signal should permit 'normal' app client/server operation over the cell network anyway.

Found the app to be meh until latest update, suddenly my signal is markedly inproved, low latency and improved call quality. So thumbs up from me! Only negative is that the coverage area in my home has decreased slightly but I can live with that in exchange for the improved latency

Won't connect to device despite repeated attempts, reloading app, restarting phone and device.....rang support, complete waste of time, no help offered except asking me to restart device (!??!)

Couldnt connect to the system without the second unit, then kept popping up until i killed the process in a task manager, also required a lot of permissions, like location even, why?

This new version app seems working better

In order to pass the sync stage i change my android Bluetooth setting as visibile. It passes rather quickly. Then it came the update section and with a good network coverage it took me max of 30min. However the windows package of about 74MB is not installing... anyhow, i am using Cel-fi DUO in office. Will update once i take to home...

Terribly inconsistent. Wasted too much time trying to connect to my celfi pro. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my Google Pixel, restarting the Pro, all to no avail. Go and fix the app Nextivity before inflicting it on users who have spent a lot of money on your devices to improve coverage.

The WAVE app is perfect for interfacing with my Cel-Fi equipment. For my Cel-Fi Go I can see the boost value my system is getting, so I can adjust my antenna positions, to optimize performance... Pretty cool.

Really helped me do the best installation!

First review I've ever written, and I love the device, but the app doesn't work with the T-mobile supplied Cel Fi duo+. and that honestly really bothers me. So until Tmobile adds support, or someone does, 1 star

App will not connect to Cel-Fi. Uninstalled.

Warning, hacking app!

Can't connect to the booster, asks for strange permissions like contacts. Just sits on 'synching'

App is useless and unworkable. A 'booster upgrade' is required for the app to work.. But the upgrade is unavailable, rendering the app useless.

Please go back to previous version. . At least that worked.

No one in Australia can us it on the Telstra Mobile Smart Antenna 4G (Cel-Fi). It tries to get data and does no more. It seems to you that who cares. We'll just cater for those with a 4G Cel-Fi.....

Not sure why this app would need access to my photos etc.

Never even discovers my device.

$700 and has never worked well, waited for update but since update says "booster update required" but app provides no option to upgrade. Connected computer, no update available.. Waste of money until they provide support...

Booster upgrade required ?

Worth the download and money for buying this product. Easy to install and use but most importantly, IT WORKS!! No more phone coverage issues for me who lives out in the sticks. Thanks Cel-fi
