Hai spedito una lettera con Posta Raccomandata, con Posta Raccomandata Smart oppure Posta Free? Utilizzando il servizio di monitoraggio puoi sapere se è stata già consegnata al destinatario.

Il codice dell'invio si trova sulla ricevuta della spedizione che ti è stata consegnata all'ufficio postale (cifre sotto il codice a barre) o nell'e-mail che ti è stata inviata se hai utilizzato Posta Raccomandata online. Le cifre vanno inserite senza interruzioni e senza trattino (es.: 000920018274, oppure 146303396168 per Posta Free).

La risposta viene fornita in tempo reale. Se la spedizione è stata effettuata da più di due mesi, la risposta sarà disponibile il giorno successivo alla richiesta
