This app sucks ALOT! What Restoration company is efficient with this! Please get yourself together! Slow. Very slow! Nothing makes any sense on this thing. It's so horrible. I would rather go back to paper!

Uninstalled 3.0 which was a total mess and went back to this earlier app only because I am forced to use it. I agree with the other reviews

Its slow, its super slow. Wasted time. Moistute points are terrible. Once dried i shouldnt have to enter numbers into a dry moisture point. Or lets say i remove for demo. Whoever wrote this app obviously has never worked this job. If i coukd rate a zero i would. I forsee a lot of issues with insurance companies over this very very poor app. Highly inefficient. If your company is considering using it, dont.

I have been using restore for about a year now and it is one of the worst file management programs out there.

After the last update I cannot push on numbers to call the customer.

This app is great for keeping notes and having all info handy on the go. The new update has left me unable to use the direct links for phone numbers and emails.

I would give this app zero stars if possible. I literally have nothing good to say about it.

This app is too buggy, especially when it comes to uploading photos. I run with a Droid Turbo 2 running Marshmallow and cannot upload photos without the app crashing, and there are 2-3 others in my company with this issue. I called support and they say it is ONLY this model of phone with Marshmallow that has this issue. What am I supposed to do now that I have 3-4 of these phones that I purchased for other employees in our business? The case has dragged on for over a month with no solution. Current Version 2.31

When pictures are uploaded they often appear chopped up with the upper or lower half just showing as a white or black blank area

On a Samsung Galaxy s5. Do NOT use decimals when adding data to drytrack. Round Temps and R/H reading to nearest whole number. Even if your device allows you to put data in such as 19.7, round it to 20 if not, drytrack may not sync your data.

Dry track With an android you can only skan one piece of eq at a time and save each one. Makes for a long day. You can put them in manually witch is faster but now your not tracking your eq. Pages don't stay where you left off at they return to the top after you change somthing. This makes for a lot of wasted time. Slow and unresponsive at times.why do we have to remove eq twice from a job? This part of the app needs a lot of work.. We suldint have to do things twice.

This app is not even optimized for Android. The graphics look like it was designed by someone very inexperienced.

As soon as the first update came many of the basic functions stopped working... I can no longer click on address and phone numbers. Forms will no longer auto populate for my jobs and let me sign them. I can pull forms but system will not allow me to fill out or get them singed. This is super frustrating because my job rotates around this program and it's been nothing but problems so far..... this needs to get fixed

I cant see the pictures i take, i cant sign documents, its soo frustrating to have the costumer there waiting for you because you can only sign on that specific way, just in the middle, or it keeps logging me out! Like let me do drytrack, take pictures and everything first not log me out in the middle of it

Updating an app shouldn't cause basic functionality to disappear. Direct link to phone numbers and maps should work. But they dont. You've known about this ever since day 1 of the update but still no fix.

Hit and miss on Loading eq to the chambers. Chambers are there but cant get eq sizing or add moisture points Have to enter some rooms twice. Big pain in the butt. Rhis is on an android.

Every time I remove/delete equipment, it shows back up on the next days daily readings. Contacted support about this issue, a week ago. They see the problem but I've yet to receive word of a fix.

Lots of features and functionalities. Needs work on its UXUI, but functions fine. Sometimes buggy with uploading photos.
