الإكتئاب-الأسباب والعلاج

وحسب رأي خبراء الصحة النفسية فإن الأعراض والمظاهر التالية تدل على وجود مرض الاكتئاب:
· شعور دائم بالحزن والقلق وتعكر المزاج.
· فقدان الاهتمام والشعور بالمتعة في الأنشطة المحببة للنفس.
· الشعور بالتشاؤم الدائم وقلة الحيلة في مواجهة مشاكل الحياة.
· الشعور بالذنب، وعدم القيمة والأهمية في المجتمع عدم القدرة على إظهار أو تقبل العواطف للآخرين ومن الآخرين
· مشاكل في النوم مثل الأرق أو النوم لساعات طويلة أو الاستيقاظ مبكرا
· مشاكل في تناول الطعام (الشهية زائدة انقطاع الشهية)
· آلام جسدية مزمنة والتي لا ينفع معها علاج
· البكاء الكثير
· سرعة النرفزة والنشاط الزائد وعدم القدرة على الهدوء والارتخاء
· الشعور بالتعب الدائم وعدم القدرة على بذل الجهد البدني
· نقص القدرة على التركيز والتذكر واتخاذ القرارات السليمة
· في الحالات الشديدة من الاكتئاب يولد التفكير الفعلي بالانتحار أو محاولة الانتحار

وحسب رأي خبراء الصحة النفسية فإن الشخص الذي تنطبق عليه أربعة أو أكثر من أعراض الاكتئاب ولمدة تزيد عن أسبوعين فإن الشخص يعتبر مصابا بمرض الاكتئاب الشدي
