Rubbish ever since things have been updated. Just makes life harder when trying to submit an assignment as you have to refresh the whole app for the submit button to appear which takes ages. Should have left it as it used to be as it was much more efficient.

This application will NOT let me make a new profile and says error in connecting with the URL. I lost 3 jobs today because it wouldn't download.

I'm using mobile with 6GB RAM, Snapdragon 821 Processor and Android 7.1.1....Still the app gets crash in middle without saving any report stuff....

App does work ,ask for server n does not go through .how to enter server URL,any answer

Interface not the easiest to navigate.

There's no submit button on the add profile page. I can't use the app.

I downloaded almost 1 month ago and to date I have only been able to successfully add 1 profile. Every profile login entered I received an error message about not being able to connect to server. I have attempted over wifi as well as data network.

I received a multi-part assignment where there were multiple locations to visit. The only filter was by city. There was no way to filter the all of the sites by location or postal code, so when entering the info, it took me a long time to scroll through them all to find the site I needed. Other than that, it's a great little app.

This app DOES NOT WORK! Frustrating and a waste of download. I still cannot get past the first page and that's important.

When trying to upload photos they turn on their side, they aren't legible, I can't even enlarge the survey enough to read the print. This app made me look and feel ignorant.

It installed well but doesn't work now. I'm relying on emails to get what I would from the app.

Prompts me for a username and password, which is fine, but it also prompts me for a server...I have no idea what to use for that. At least one site I use referred me to this app, I've signed up with them, but I have no way of accessing the app.

I can't select numbers from pull downs using a Note 4.

It's an excellent app, the only issue is that uploading the report to the server is quite slow inspite of good net speed, otherwise it's an excellent.

I wish it had spell check. Sometimes my fingers are too fast and I have an incorrect letter.

Interface not the easiest to navigate.

I love being able to enter my info through the app. It makes it easier to remember the info as I can enter it sooner.

Really easy to use for mystery shipping. Saves me time because the computer would take shop much longer.

Where do i find the server name to enter under profile?

Server is ALWAYS unavailable when I try to create a profile, which, of course, is the first step BEFORE you can use it.

I have used this app for about 73 jobs over the past month. Works great no problems. I use a Note 4. Love the work offline mode. This app has not been a battery hog. I'm happy :) I'm recommending to other companies to try to get them using a app or change to one that works :)

I've saved a lot of time and energy since installing this. I can enter reports immediately. Sync it and when I get to my computer, I can upload receipts or finalize reports.

I love being able to enter my shop information on site. The app is easy to navigate. My only complaint is that it will show shops that are more than an hour away from my location.

This App makes doing shopping on the go possible. I have been able to increase my number of shops per day to double. This App works which is more than I can say for others.

It's saving me lots of time. .when Internet connection is there I can submit..those lengthy reports of some companies become so easy only through mobiaudit

When adding my profile the app initially told me that the server was busy. After 12 hours the server no longer appeared busy but now the app tells me that either my username or password are incorrect. They are correct. Have re-entered numerous times to no avail. Please fix this issue and I will change my rating.
