The app needs a LOT of improvements. The entire layout of the app does not flow. Words have odd and random capital letters, the "portfolio" which is your child's day all in one list is choppy and hard to read. My biggest issue with this app is that there is no option for real time notifications. I don't have time in my work day to log on to the app constantly to check on my child's progress which is the whole point of this app. It would be actually useful if I could get pop-up notifications on my phone as soon as they are entered by the daycare staff. That way I actually know when my child naps or eats in real time.

Downloaded the app,can't log in.my day care reset the password for me,still won't log in.it just keeps telling me invalid username or password.very frustrating because it seems like it would be a good app.please help!

All I see mostly is "no record found", new to this app and its complex. I am busy in and out of meetings, checking on my child shpuld be simple! Its pretty though.

On a scale of 1-10, myKidzDay customer service scores a 12. They are very responsive and quick to incorporate our suggestions in the app.

There a lot of great things about this app like having everything in one place instead of having a lot of different sheets for each kid. Also, it's great to be able to send pictures of kids and know it's going straight to their parents. There's room for improvement but overall it's a good app.

The app used to work before but after a period now it only says my credentials do not exisist and if I try to log off it says it cannot perform the operation I already installed the app many times, restart the phone in between nothing will fix. Needs some polishing

My sons daycare sends out monthly newsletters and attachments via the app and they never download! Quite annoying

My child's info was no longer showing so I uninstalled the app. Now, the login credentials are no longer accepted. Can someone please contact me?

Downloaded app. Couldn't use til I signed up for free trial. So I did. Never heard anything. Can't use app.

I think this is an absolutely wonderful app! It's a great way to stay up to date with parents and how we function using newer and smarter technology. It's especially nice if your child may not be feeling quite well that day or if you simply would like to know how their day is going.

A good idea, implemented terribly. Unfortunately, it is my daycare that chose this, so I'm stuck with it. The web app doesn't stay logged in despite checking "remember me." It is far from intuitive. The graphics are cluttered. Lots of clicks are required to navigate around both the native and web apps - especially painful with multiple children. There are lots of formatting issues. It appears the font used by the "teachers" doesn't jive with the font used by the native apps or browsers and lots of (what I assume) icons come through as "????." Overall it is a disappointing experience and I wish I had more options.

I have decided to change my feedback and rating as I was impressed with how the company handles any issues you might be having. I have enjoyed checking up on my son throughout the day and seeing the pics posted. I was always losing the paper daily sheets.. Downsides are.. I haven't found a way to check on things from days passed,.also it seems every time there's an update to the app it doesn't recognize me and I have to reinstall the app. Overall..a great app!

Apparently there was an update that made it not work on android devices according to the daycare. So I had to uninstall and reinstall it.... would be nice to have been given some notification for it rather then think something was wrong with my phone for a week. They have my information so I am not sure why this was not shared.

What a wonderful idea you guys! As a full time working Mom, this has been wonderful to provide me the much needed peace of mind. Teachers send me my child's picture and all updates through this secure app. It is truly a blessing for all working parents!

I love receiving my child's pictures and little notes about my kiddo on mykidzday. Love portfolio where I can see her past pictures. Way better than paper..! Love it :)

Fails to launch on new moto x with latest OS

I travel for work and I love getting updates pictures and videos about my child. Amazing app for parents. Highly recommend.

Data takes FOREVER to load on a high-speed wifi connection. Finding information about prior dates takes far too many taps. Pictures are tiny and load using your web browser instead of inside the app. Also - photo URLs are PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE meaning anyone can see photos of your little ones by guessing the web URL. No login required.

Unable to use app because teacher edition is only supported with iphone...

Useless on galaxy s2.

App crashes when I open a picture from the notifications, the rest of the app works fine and the concept is nice. Could reduce the number of permissions needed such as access to the microphone. Galaxy S4

Really like the new version that allows me to look up my son's daily reports from even three months ago. Very cool.
