Just downloaded the app cause I'll at NS more often and the app won't let me complete the registration process. When it ask for a SCAC it won't let me out anything in and that is a mandatory input and when I try to add something it tells me "SCAC is mandatory" well-a-duh. Get it together NS

This app sucks. I got a new phone & have to log in & I can't remember user id or password. To get you password it says 'enter user id' but I can't remember it & THERES NO "FORGOT USER ID" like there is for "forgot password". Plus you lot locations suck because the lazy employees at 47th in Chicago update their yard so rarely. Just copy what the BNSF app is like.

Prior to update... was working fine. Since update... constantly logs you out before you can do anything. Now there's problems logging into the app

It was great UNTIL UPDATE! now it's garbage! If update was suppose to make it better then someone seriously screwed up. PLEASE FIX

YOUR NEW UPDATE HAS THE APP SCREWED UP .... CAN'T LOG IN AND KEEPS SAYING YOUR TIME EXPIRED THEN HAVE TO LOG IN AGAIN

I would have given it a 4 but since the update I can't log on...it just spins. I have deleted 3 times and reinstalled it but no luck. It was working fine before that. The update isn't working at all!!

It's OK as long as you can drop your trailer in the assigned zone. When asked and if you say no it won't come up with the other locations so I have to close the app and start it back up and say yes when it asks me if I'm in the correct zone

App won't even load for me and every time I call they say they will write up a work order and call back.... First time I called was over 2 months ago ????????????????

Tried registering and won't let me change password. Didn't even send me a temporary password via email. Switched phones and redownloaded, when I enter my username and try to change passwords, a box pops up with a single word. "okay". No explanation, no text at all, just a white background saying "okay". Makes sense, there's no one responding to the reviewers on here like most reputable distributors.

What happened used to work with Android not any more only works on iPhone fix it please all I get is a white screen

I can't use this application after the update. You need to fix this problem ASAP

Freezes up constantly doesn't keep work history and is very slow just an all around pain in my .......

Update causing problems ..... it removed icon and I have to go to play store to use it .....

Since the update all I get now is driver not found. Tried reregister and says I'm already registered.
