Stopped working a couple of weeks ago won't let you specify a time for pickup or load previous order. Was working fine before. Maybe something happened when my phone updated to 7.0 3.18.14?

This app could be amazing. But every time we order and go into 10 minutes after the ready time, it's never ready - sometimes it hasn't even been started. So faster to phone in and line up and pay

Looked good but does not work for me, gets stuck saying Preparing Order and that's the end of it. I eventually back out of the app. Try again, same thing. Please fix it soon.

Tried to use a saved card from my account to pay (because the company insists you pay before pick up on online orders, ridiculous if you're ordering for other people as no split payment option), but just keeps throwing me back out when I've selected the card at the pay now screen and nothing happens.

It'd be much better if the store had the order ready to coincide with the order ready time on the app

Will just continually stay on preparing order page... I waited 5 mins before quiting out

Terrible app, started using it then it kicked me out and won't let me back in.

Fix it please, when it works it's great when it doesn't (most of the time) it's a pain

Waste of time. I painstakingly ordered all of my families specific preferences for burgers only to find the screen stuck on the loading page and unable to pay to complete the order. Uninstalled, I will stick to the website.

The app becomes non-responsive and does not order properly on Android 7 with fastest processor and 4GB RAM. It crashed after some time.

Easy enough to use but the payment screen is horrid. Has never worked for me. Payment screen just goes white and stays that way after you've put your cc number in. Uninstalled.

While the app works, cant really expect me to enter my credit card details everytime i wanna order a burger... Need to be able to save it and use a pasword to use it

App works fine. Unfortunately the main use is negated as my local store doesn't seem to start cooking until you arrive to collect

Would be cool if there was an option to save the credit card details and enter a pin code to authorize the payment, getting out my credit card every time is kind of a pain

After mucking around finally went to pay but it kept saying "you must put in a valid credit card number". I did. 20 times. I'm not retarded. Credit card worked fine at burgers n beers. Uninstalled

Order on here for it to cancel my payment. Get to store no food no order. Go on app later to order from an other store old order still there can't start new order just pay for my old order. SAMSUNG NOTE 5. Not my phone

Just the mobile site embedded in an app.

I was able to order with the app, yum. But two issues, unnecessary request for card type before payment, and once ordered I couldn't close the confirmation pop up by clicking on either the cross or the ok button. Nice cheaply built app but could do with some tweaks.

Great idea as nobody ever answers the phone for phone orders in ponsonby store. Payment didn't work after multiple tries why can't I pay when I collect like most, Wendy's for dinner tonight mmm

The pages lag too much. I just wanted to place an order but because of the lag somehow my burger was edited to not have any meat or sauce

Great! Would be 5 star if you let stores set their own wait time based on how busy they are... as it is I usually just order online then call up to get it made it sooner.

Here is a tip, if you are going to force people to pay immediately as opposed to on pickup, choose a reliable payment provider, tried 5 times send have up, uninstalled the app and ordered pizza online (the website is not much better)
