Installed the app to lodge a claim. Once you click on Gallery to browse for photos the app closes and then you can no longer edit the claim. No idea how one is then supposed to complete a claim?

This app is absolutely frustrating! For the past three weeks I've been trying to use it to refer someone to MiWay but they never get back to me or the person I'm trying to refer. I get emails confirming that I submitted a referral but nothing happens. Why do you guys open up this referral service if it doesn't work? Reply to MiWay's response: I sent the E-mail last week already. Still waiting...

Seems like it has potential, but doesn't stay signed in even when that option is selected on login. That's such a minor thing that it makes me wonder what other bigger bugs are in the app? Seems others have noted other "xyz functionally didn't work as it should" bugs too :/

I love the app I find everything easier, from chatting to my agent, checking my profile, my premiums from the 1st to recent. It really saves ⌚. Even requesting a border letter when you want to travel of the country. I'm happy, really.

I used the chat on the app and advised the agent of my query said she will arrange a call back for cob details and since friday 11am nothing useless I tell you so dont even bother downloading this just make a call and wait 20 minutes to speak to someone who will transfer you to someone else because they are not the right department even though you followed the prompts...gosh thinking of jumping ship
