Kolkata Metro

After installing the latest upgrade(upgrade means just a change in the logo), I am facing severe problems using this app in my Lenevo p1m handset. Whenever I am clicking on "fare & travel info" the app stops "unfortunately". If the updates are for torturing users, then I will recommend not to be updated. Old is gold.

Worst App .. with corrupted location services showing wrong locations.. Showing Netaji as the nearest station where on the contrary Tollygunge is only 5 mins away from my home

Please add with timings is there ac or non ac metro is coming. Second thing is if any intereups occurs in metro like metro problem or suicide then pls inform it by app also. Its very good app no doubt but it would be really greatful if you include in next update. Thank you.

It's horrible!! It doesn't open at all and shows network error every time,it is opened where there is a 4G network connection

Does not schedules for weekday holiday running. Like today is 23rd and the schedule was different than what the app was showing

When the card can be recharged by net banking or Paytm. It's trouble some to use cash on every recharge. It should be convenient like Delhi Mumbai metro

I had used this app which was really very good but now it got just worst it is taking nearly 5-6 mins to open the page that too on wifi so developers should go through this and make this app usable

Timing wrongly shown. AC/DC must be include. Online Card Recharge Option Must Include. Uninstalling it, once you fix all above points I will install again.

Smart card recharging option should have been incorporated because these days when almost everything can be done online why should one stand there in the line for the recharging purpose !!

it would be great if the app can also tell whether the upcoming metros will be AC/DC.. please try to add it in the next update..thank you

It's really a helpful app for a regular Kolkata Metro passenger like me.

Not working in my phone. Showing at "Detabase download error, network error" previously it was working.

Loved the app I understand, it's new so guys stay patient and the developers would make regularly changes on feedback my stand on the app definitely nice and wise app

Why It Shows Only 4 Metros And Their Time Table. I Want Full List And Timings Of All Metros Between Two Stations. Like Indian Railway Apps. Do Something About It.

In "fair and travel info" option it crashes. Finally uninstalled it..

U will get a perfect information by this app while you are riding in kolkata metro

I love this app , but metro should started the smart card recharge process in online facility , it will save a lot time for customer .

The timings of train is not properly show

In Lenovo a7000a and moto g4 plus the app simply fails to download the databases !
