The app is very good at indicating the number of points. However, it does not provide a balance for redeemed points on the card. This may seem minor, but it means that you need to review all past transactions to add up the total redemptions. Not so great for my 70 year old mother, who I had to help figure this out. Also, if you apply SOME of the redeemed points to a purchase, there is no way to check the remaining balance without calculating it yourself from the transaction list, which sometimes refuses to update in the app! The info is there. Please just add an option to view it. Consider it a user-friendly upgrade.

Can't login. When I click on the button it says please wait and never continues to the next step. I know my login info is correct because I can log in through the website. Just not through your app.

This is does work, I have trying to login for a while and cannot log in from a new phone. I also called the customer service number for help; not helpful. Was instructed to use the same card numbers that was use when I first registered a few months ago. That is still not working. Help.

Feature light...you should be able to check the available balance on your account not just the accumulated points
