Swift Dial*In

This new app is leaps and bounds better than the last one. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. I have to make sure app is closed out or the next time I go to use it the application repeatedly force closes. Another issue I seldom have is my acceptance of loads goes through here but not with my boss. I wish the view load history function worked more often then not it's completely blank. Scanning loads is so much simpler but I suggest writing the conformation number on the back of the BOL.

Ever since the small update within the app if you put in the wrong trip# the app alerts you every 5 minutes or so. There should be a way to us users to be able to remove those alerts. Its a major pain in the tail to constantly be alerted on a mistake. I uninstalled the app to shut the alert off until fixed will not use it.

Would be nice if it saved password. The app is getting better. Good to see IT making progress. Now if they would just make the ETA for p/u in macro 22 a non-mandatory field we wouldn't have to fill it with one's thus confusing the noob ETC folks.

Missed loads, loads not coming in. Counter? Why even have that button because it just makes you deny the load. All the time having issues with titles "Undefined" which means NO info. No pick up place, time, date. It's just a blank page. If you're not by your truck (meaning your truck is at the terminal 45 miles away and you're home) you're screwed. The old app was better.

I like that I can accept the load from my phone, but my wife not being able to use the app on my phone while I'm driving is ridiculous. If we could get an app that could send and receive Qualcomm messages from mobile when I'm driving so she could read them and I wouldn't have to stop to read and reply every few miles would be great.

It does not save passwords, you have to log into both apps separately. If you decline a load, the reason does not go to the planner for the load. It's somewhat difficult to remember which app does what. Explain why you made 2 apps please.

Good app to begin with. Two annoying things: it doesn't stay logged in for long meaning I have log in way too many times. The counter option means decline. It should require the planner to call the driver before it becomes a decline.

If the damn thing would keep me logged in, I mean seriously, why have it to where you have to sign in to begin with, what could possibly go wrong.... somebody steal your phone and decides to mess with you and just start accepting and declining loads, HELLOOO, the technology can be good if you just keep it SIMPLE

It's better than when it first came out. They've already addressed some of the issues I was having. It would be nice to have an all in one app, but really, that's my only gripe with it now.

Little confusing trying to find a Pacific person to write. Also y'all need to work on the format as the words for loads go off the page and are unable to see the entirety of the message.

Using one to scan the other to accept is annoying. Oh and the update before logging in every time needs fixing. But it is coming along nicely

Best thing since paperless logs... keep them Apps a comin Swift and before you know it there won't be any use left for the quelcomm and then that means more money for pay raises, new trucks or even maybe even some better driver lounges... Overall it's good. Only main problem is it won't allow me to change the date when updating my PTA/ETA. I tap on a different day and nothing happens or saves. Changing the time does work however.

I don't know why I just can't set my PTA off this app. Like I will set a time then when I go back and check its set at a totally different time. What is wrong

App forgets my password but everything else works great. Wish i could run MAC30 on here to access the loads and recive my QC messages on here now that would make it worth while.

Almost every time I come back to the app it's fine till 10 seconds later "oh wait you need to log back in" and it kicks me out just to click the log in button

User aught not to be required to re login manually more than once per year. Load assignment messages and fuel route messages should be available here in addition to the preplan messages. I am annoyed when I walk into a shipping office and this app can't tell me the number of the empty trailer that I have unless my last delivery was a live unload.

I have yet to be let down using any features on this app. Despite having to input my password every time, it is still far more reliable than the in-truck MCP unit.

The app is still not 100% reliable but it has improved. It still doesnt always show all dispatched or preplan loads but it at least does ~80% of them now. Better than the 15% it did for a long time and the accept/counter function works for the most part.

Thankfully, the trip info is not all in caps anymore so its easier to distinguish the words but it doesnt save my password so i have to punch in my password every time

Use to work horizontal and vertical on my large tablet. Now just veftical. Very awkward on tablet now.

Great app....but 7/7/17, today it's not working! C'mon computer super nerds, fix it please! Uber nerds, how about a mass Qualcomm message when the apps are going to be out of service.

Good app for accepting/rejecting loads when not in the truck. trip scan is a hit or miss. PTA update doesn't always work. In short,good for accepting or rejecting loads otherwise unreliable.

I would like to be able to see loads without notification. Sometimes I am away from my truck or in the middle of a Ten hour that it's better to have it fall off because a planer didn't check my status.

I will be leaveing swift if this dont work like it did before I not a ph or computer person I am a driver not going to pay for bs that dont want or use

Would like the app to save password and user when changing apps.

Had to install 2 times. First time my phone would not load any of my apps. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Seems ok so far. Not sure why they want access to my camera and pictures, but works fine now.

Remember me does not save the password. Has to be entered each time. Auto tilt on the screen doesn't work so you can only read half of the message.

The screen still does not rotate on my Rand tablet android 4.4.2 like old app did and it does not save password. Please fix this. Thanks for the fix guys all better now

For the most part it does what its suppose too. Sometimes I can't seem to see all of my dispatches though. I haven't tried the lumper yet.

I'm glad this app was made, I use it everyday and it has worked well for the most part, there's no such thing as a perfect app, so I can't complain, my wish list for this app is being able to view available hours of service so I don't have to make it to my truck to double check my availability before accepting or even losing a load because I didn't respond in time, other than that it's a very handy app.

How about the ability for diamond and o/o to do a mac 30 from app? Hard as it might be to believe we all don't want to spend every second of downtime in our trucks.

Would be really great if we could receive our Qualcomm messages on our phones! Working dedicated routes I'm not usually in my truck over the weekends so when I come in Sunday pm or Monday am I have several messages waiting with info I needed to know before I came in!

Fantastic app I received all info on dispatched loads before it is sent to the unit in the truck . . It includes many useful features and seems to work on most models of cell phone's I own without any glitches. . Kool feature is you can take load info with you without needing to write down the details.

Awesome app! Only one issue... when rejecting load; be nice if load offerings popped up in app.!

Seems like the glitches have been worked out. Wish my husband could use the app while I'm driving, so that I don't have to pull over to see my next load.

I like the app, it helps out a lot when l am at home and away from the truck. It makes it easier to communicate with the planners. But l do not like that l have to turn on my gps locator in order to use it. I don't use my gps for anything else, but l have to for this app, and I don't like that at all and that's why l gave it 3 stars.

The old app had problems, which still exist, but making 2 separate apps was silly. Just takes more time to get the same thing done.
