About Draw Names From A Hat
A modern twist to the old fashioned method of choosing names by writing names on slips of paper and then drawing them from a hat. Simply enter a list of items (e.g., names, numbers, etc.), or select names from the contact list and then shake your device to randomly select a name or number. Can also be used to select lottery numbers, or along with printed tickets to hold large group drawings or raffles.
Latest version adds capability to add odds to each entry so that an entry can have greater opportunity to win (e.g., if a user has 10 tickets they'd have a greater chance of winning than someone who only has one ticket).
You can define any number and quantity of prizes and drawing will automatically assign a prize to each drawing.
Lots of original uses reported by my users, including a teacher using the app. to pick students to call on, and a trainer who uses the app. to give out prizes at the end of training sessions.
User configurable drawing types:

When u add another name it deletes some of the names already in the list. It also put name in the drawing if u put them as a zero.

It erased entire data collected in the middle of an event. So much for trying to save time in administrative work . At the end it gave me duplicate work .

This app is great and it is helpful for multiple use and purpose. You just need to know how to use it. It just needs some enhancements for better use. I gave five stars because the developer provides immediate response to feedbacks. And I want to help the developers to enhance the app for everyone's beneficial.

Several bugs when trying to populate list of names. One drawing will only hold so many. Tried to create Seco d drawing. Can't add but one name to second drawing.

I Complained About The Earlier Version, & Rightfully So.........But They Fixed It, In This New Version.......Exactly What I Needed, & Better Than The Rest That I've Waisted My Data On.........Suggestions; Would Be Nice If We Could Color Code The Entries, That Would Be So More Distinctive!!!
