BKS - Fábrica

A BKS é oriunda da empresa pioneira, que, no ano de 1976 trouxe da Alemanha um dos primeiros Sistemas de Escoramentos metálicos de FORMAS. Tivemos então a experiência de redimensionamento do sistema para a realidade brasileira, com ajuda dos técnicos da empresa alemã STEIDLE. Isso foi necessário, por razões de menores cargas, devido ás lajes de menor espessura, e visando a viabilidade econômica. Após executar os redimensionamentos acima, obtivemos muito sucesso na introdução destes escoramentos no Brasil. Ao final da década de 70 lançamos a primeira FORMA MODULAR com quadros metálicos e placa frontal de compensado com filme fenólico, segundo o projeto original alemão STEIDLE. Um painel com dimensão de 60 x 250 cm pesava aproximadamente 60 kg., ou seja eram painéis inadequados para movimentação manual. Constatamos que a pressão hidrostática de concreto, para paredes de pouca espessuras, era bem inferior á que aquele painel suportava. Portanto, tivemos que redimensionar o painel, reduzindo o seu peso para algo em torno de 50 Kg. Após esta redução de peso, o sucesso desta FORMA foi imediato, com execução de inúmeras obras.

No ano de 1992 foi fundada a empresa BKS, com atuação inicial na fabricação de equipamentos para Curtumes. A BKS rapidamente se torna líder de fabricação e instalação de TRANSPORTADORES AÉREOS PARA CURTUMES, atividade que mantém até hoje, envolvendo consultoria para otimizar o fluxo de transporte de couros, bem como a fabricação e instalação destes equipamentos. In 1992 it was founded the BKS company with initial operations in the manufacture of equipment for tanning. The BKS quickly becomes leader of manufacturing and CARRIERS FOR AIR installation TANNERY, an activity that continues today, involving advice to optimize leather transport stream, and the manufacture and installation of this equipment.
