Bluetooth Keep Active for Android
Bluetooth speaker still went to sleep. :(
It works my Bluetooth kept dropping not anymore
Excellent app. Using from one week, it works as claimed. Tried lot of other apps, but this is best one.
*APP NOW UNSUPPORTED*
Little to no help...
Works great
This app made no difference whatsoever. I would like a refund.
Doesn't work
App and icon name spelled wrong, you can see this even in the screenshots. User can't fix on their own. Icon title, other than being misspelled, clutters up desktop. Please update program, renaming the icon to "BT Keep Active". PROGRAM WORKS GREAT THOUGH! Just need to get your attention; I should be able to change this to 5 stars once corrections have been made. THANKS!
**UPDATE, STOPPED WORKING THE OTHER DAY AND IVE BEEN LATE FOR WATCH BECAUSE I WORK ON A TUGBOAT AND ITS WAY TOO LOUD TO HEAR THE FACTORY SPEAKER ON MY TABLET. GOTTA FIND SOMETHING ELSE NOW ** Using to keep my JBL Flip on so the alarm on my tablet plays through it. my speaker usually shuts off on its own when not used for a short time. working on a towboat (people not familiarwith boats call it a tug boat) I need something loud and my tablet speakers were useless, my phone had to be right next to my ear. now no worries. My jbl flip is plenty loud. The guy in the next bunk room can hear my alarm now. He hates me.
Does precisely what is stated. My speaker, which is the only thing loud enough to wake me up, no longer auto off's. That is the single reason I dl this app. Thank you. Also, its a simple one screen one button, no confusion, no problem.

Used to work for android 2.3

Did not work at all. Samsung qwerty key board pop up continues to pop up and disconnct bluetooth key board every 30 seconds
It's not in my Tasker plugins, though. It seems it would make more sense to make the service on/off available via an Android shortcut, then you can automate it with AutoShortcut & Tasker, or a ton of other apps, and not worry about Tasker specifically.
The app does what it says! I use it to keep my bluetooth speakers on so they can be used as my alarm in the morning. Developer is very easy to work with which is a huge plus! Would be nice if root users could hide the notification though.
Tasker integration is a welcome addition. I use this, along with Null Keyboard on my Note 8 to keep my external keyboard functioning properly.

I use a headset connected by Bluetooth to my sgs3. I was completely missing navigation instructions from Google maps due to the delay every time Bluetooth kicked in. This app keeps bt active and I hear every syllable. Works great. I'm not yet sure about what this does to battery life...might be wise to use your car charger!
When playing Audible on my bluetooth speaker I was missing one or two words between pauses in speaking. I set the delay to .01 so you can hear the speaker "hiss" all the time. That did it! Works great worth a buck if you have a simular problem to mine.
I used BT Keep active to use a bluetooth keyboard with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 Tablet. It tricked my tablet into thinking my tablet was using the bluetooth and prevented the awful Samsung default on-screen keyboard from turning itself on as the default. It works 98% of the time, which has been awesome. I set the timer at a one minute setting. Sweet. Thanks.
Still disconnects after 4-5 hours and has many issues after that but its much better than without the app! Looking forward to more updates!
it still lets bt device disconnect...wtf. and they are still taking ur money
This app works perfectly for me. I was losing the first 3 or 4 syllables of my navigation instructions on Google maps when piping through a bluetooth speaker. I installed 'Bluetooth Keep Alive', set the delay to .08 min., turned it on and viola no more truncated voice commands. The .08 min. is slightly less than 5 seconds. I had surmised that my speaker was dropping into standby mode after 5 sec. of inactivity. But 'Bluetooth Keep Alive' kept my speaker in readyness.
It does what it says. Good app.
still lost it .
Work

I would get furious since my headset kept unconnecting but now it fixed and im so grateful! One more thing if there is anyway to make the sound quite it would help to.
