Can't even register on it so I've no idea what it's like.

When saving to device it would be more sensible to reference the file name as the appliance name so when organising files its obvious what it is.

I pay £30 for this app and it just freezes on me, I've had it 3 days and had to unninstall it and install in back again just to get it working.

If you have access to Google you will not need this app. Handy app if it was £3.99 or something, but £29!!! When all you need to do is search for the manual you require online is surely far too expensive. Also other apps out there allow you to create invoices and gas work records etc aswell as access to a database of boiler manuals.Thank you Google play for allowing me to request a refund pretty much straight after download. Cheers.

Far too long since the last update. Would expect the app makers to at least update the manuals yearly. Boilers that have been out for 3 + years are still not in the database. Come on guys. This is getting a bit ridiculous now

The boiler manuals always freeze and now I can't even log in! No contact details for the developers either! Crappie appie!!

Tried different ways of downloading to a Samsung note 4 suddenly started to work total lack of comms from developer so not sure what happened good app if you get it to work but lack of support

Been using for years gets better with updates.

This is a good app, I use it weekly and it works fine - however since I bought it over a year ago I haven't seen a single update. In that time there have been several significant boilers launched (eg Worcester Greenstar Compact) which still do not appear on the app. Come on guys, expensive app here which you have made decent money from, time for a bit more work!! Will give it 5* if you keep it up to date...Update: Have reduced to 1* star as no new boiler manuals for years now. Developer retired??

... cant get it to load anything due to an error, message, 'No data connection available' etc this happen on my Xperia tablet and my galaxy note 3, cant even log in leave alone anything else, sort it out or give me a refund. Heating engineer of 40 years standing.

Says I can't connect to the Internet even though I am. Have emailed them but have not had a response. DO NOT BUY THIS APP

Asked for a refund but no joy. Worked at first on my Samsung Mobile Phone, but no says no data connection or G3. Sad as it was a great wee app to start with. Be nice if someone got back to you. So b very careful if thinking of buying this !!!!!!!!!!!!

Will not work on new android device and no support from manufacturer despite 4emails

I've used this for a couple of months now, on a Nexus tablet. It's important to sync all the files first if you want to use them offline, about 7.8Gb, otherwise sync the ones you need whilst you have internet connection. The tablet makes it easier to read than a phone.

Sometimes freezes up when downloading manuals. Part from that a great app, shame of the price not worth £29.99 more like £10.99

Won't let me install it on my new phone....saying I have no Internet connection!

Any info from the app makers woukd be great. I like the app and what it's about.. when ever I download a manual to look at fine, prob is when I go back into it later. The main screen freezes and says downloading 0 of 100%. Really annoying I have to shut my apps and re start phone. (htc one x plus) . I would like to get a refund if possible if it keeps up. Is that possible even!!!????

Could not register account on my galaxy s3 Downloaded and registered on my ipad no problems. Then found I could log in the the giw app on my Samsung s3 using same password and email as ipad... Happy days.

Worth every penny

Tried for a second time as reply from feedback said fixed, but same problem. It says I am not connected to wi-fi and the register button does not work after details added. C,mon guys try again please. Rich the gas man. Also it has not refunded yet ? Please sort.
