Why bad reviews. I contact via email from laview website . They send me link of youtube video for using apps and answered all questions that I had. Remote viewing is perfectly working with my 2 different phone. Nice.

Worked fine until the update. Now it is pointless. Update: Now that it works with Android 7.0 it is better but it shouldn't take months and months every time there is an update to get this working.

Works PERFECT for me!! I am able to connect and monitor without paying anyone any monthly fees!!!

Works with android 7.0! The other LaView net app does not. I have a Nexxus 5x. The other app is not as nice as this one.

Update finally fixed 7.0 compatibility

Update: The newest software update made the app more stable on both Android & IOS. A lot of people knock these cameras because of the app. Me personally, I've never had an issue with them. If I have had to contact tech support, as in the case of utilizing system features to clarify the picture quality, or assist with configuring the app, they have been expedient and assisted me until completion. If your having an issue with the app, contact tech support and they will help you until the problem is resolved.

Updated yesterday and won't even open the app now. Before it all worked well. Why ya gotta go and mess up what was working guys?

Everything was set up correctly and working fine until the update. I have an LG G3. **Update** I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, set everything back up again and everything is working great again

Crashes on open after update on Nexus 5X. Worked fine until app update.

But none of these works. Their hardware is OK, P2P connection is a joke, they don't know what they are doing.

Pay a pro to setup your remote viewing if you can't do it yourself.

Updated 8/25/2016: Doesn't work with Android 7.0. (Previous Review):The latest update doesn't work. Previous version worked though initial setup was a pain, I at least was able to get it to work. Now when I try to open, it just immediately closes. FAIL.

This app is pointless and really does work,the video playback does work that good, if this app doesn't get fix soon I will get rid of this system and get a different brand

This app doesn't really work. The functionality/stability is a joke. Worst part about it is that I paid 1500 dollars for this app experiance. I will tell everyone I know, until the end of time, how inferior this entire product suite is, from the hardware to the INCREDIBLY crappy software.

Very bad app. LIES!!!

Doesn't work on 4.0.1 tablet All the cameras just load as black. On newer Android versions this does not happen.

Can anyone show me how to set this app up? Says scan serial number which I did from bottom of nvr but it said invalid

This app works well for the laview caneras. It is a good replacement for the skyview cam app that stopped working after lollipop update.
