Prox Lite is a gesture based service that allows you to complete actions without even touching your phone. It uses the accelerometer and proximity sensor to launch these actions. Just tilt your phone in the desired direction and then pass your hand over the proximity sensor. You can get that real Jedi feeling and impress your friends when you launch the browser without touching the phone. The force is strong with this app :)
Prox doesn't do anything during phone calls, allowing for normal proximity sensor functionality. You won't be doing any face gesturing so don't worry :)
Prox Lite is the free version of Prox. With Prox Lite, you can complete four actions: Emulate home button, expand and contract the notification panel, launch your phone dialer, and launch your browser. Since it's a service, it will work in any application on your phone. You could be browsing the web or sending a text message and if you perform one of these actions, then Prox Lite will work.

Would love to purchase this app but I cannot find enough information as to what the paid app has to offer. Having looked. At your blog and twitter page i get the impression that you have too? Many things going on in your life to spend anymore time to develop the app so sadly I'm going. To have to pass on the paid app which is a shame as im sure it has a lot of potential.

Testing it out on a Vibrant running Bi-Winning V3. So far, it's really cool and works well about 80% of the time, but I'm pretty sure it's user error. It always works when I move my hand a little slower. Gonna test it a bit more then considering buying the full version! Really cool app!
