As a self proclaimed hater and squeaky wheel, this app is THE BEST!

Excelente and caring service...

I've used it to report potholes and illegal dumping. I've also reported a faulty pedestrian crossing button. I've had bulky items picked up. Some service icons on the map are in the wrong spot. One complaint is that it logs me out after every update.

Now it crashes when I try to Add Location

The new version is so much harder to navigate. Terrible interface.

Process for submitting pickup requests is cumbersome and much slower than previous versions. I should be able to snap a picture of what's been dumped and press submit. What and where it is is pretty evident from the photo. Manually adding each and every item from a non-searchable pulldown list means that issues will go unreported if it's night or I'm in a rush.

App works perfectly on GS7 edge, no hangups. the dead cat that was killed in my front yard was picked up within 2 hours... Scattered fur and all. The crime scene was left as if nothing ever happened.

Love it that I can take a picture of graffiti in my neighborhood (or dumped trash or furniture) and submit a request to remove. Before I think the crews had to guess what I was referring to - now they have a picture of the specific graffiti.

Now the camera feature doesn't work.

Last version was better, UI isn't intuitive at all. Why isn't LA City Parks included? Why isn't LADBS and Housing included?

I had this app on my Samsung galaxy mega and it worked perfectly, now that I have an Amazon fire phone it doesn't let me get past the text entry section. There is no next or ability to drop the lb down after you have finished typing. The page will not scroll up or down either once you begin entering text

These other people are complaining about, the problem is on their end. App works great interface is seamless, took 3 min to install and request bulk trash pickup. Got my confirmation email 90 sec later.

Not sure anyone reads the service request for "other". My wife has sent in over 75 service requests under the tab "other " for an abandoned trailer on our street. No one has ever come out to mark the tires or ticket it. Please add "abandon vehicles"to the service type list.

This app has worked great in the past for reporting everything from graffiti to illegal dumping pickup requests. I even reported an abandoned car a week ago. Now I've been trying to report illegal dumping for the last 4 days and all I get is a failure to submit error 103. It's been great until now. Hope it gets fixed.

Many key City services you need or didn't know you need. Great app!

Can only submit one photo, uploads frequently fail with error code 103. Good framework but needs plenty more categories and integration with more departments.

App comes back with Error code = 103 every time I try to submit a 311. So can I submit a 311 about this issue? How can the people of LA report issues of the city of the this app doesn't work?

In regards to the request services tab, I write in the location EXACTLY how it should be and it keeps saying "provide valid service location" -- it seems that the only way to get it to work is by using the gps find location.

Works great, city needs to include more Departments and services.

But this seems only good for LA Downtown. And don't know why it couldn't find my current location which I have my GPS enabled. Also, Tweet won't load.

Submitted a request for service through app in a few minutes. Simple and easy to use. Love it!

Only works for city not county so it only covers basically downtown.
