ST12 adalah grup musik Indonesia yang didirikan di Bandung, Jawa Barat pada tahun 2004. Grup ini didirikan oleh Ilham Febry alias Pepep (drum), Dedy Sudrajat alias Pepeng (gitar), Muhammad Charly van Houten alias Charly (vokalis), dan Iman Rush (gitaris). Nama ST12 sendiri merupakan kependekan dari Jl. Stasiun Timur No. 12 yang merupakan markas berkumpulnya band ini. Sampai saat ini ST12 telah menghasilkan 5 album musik.
Secara resmi ST12 berdiri pada tanggal 20 Januari 2004, meski anggotanya telah lama berkecimpung di dunia musik. Sebelumnya, keempat personel ini tak saling kenal. Mereka sering bertemu di studio rental di Jalan Stasiun Timur 12, Bandung, milik Pepep. Nama ST12 yang merupakan kependekan dari Jl. Stasiun Timur No. 12 adalah nama pemberian ayah Pepep, Helmi Aziz. Mereka juga berkompromi dengan mengambil aliran Melayu, Pop,Country, Akoustik dan Jazz, walau Charly menggemari jazz, Pepep suka jazz dan rock, sementara Pepeng tumbuh bersama musik rock. Sulitnya mendapat label rekaman yang mau menerima mereka, ST12 akhirnya menempuh jalur indie (independent). Album perdana, Jalan Terbaik pun dirilis. Sayang, saat tur promosi album tersebut di Semarang, Iman Rush meninggal akibat pecah pembuluh darah di otak pada bulan Oktober 2005.
Kesuksesan album perdana ST12 membuat mereka dilirik Trinity Optima Production. ST12 pun merilis album kedua P.U.S.P.A (2008) yang didedikasikan untuk Iman.
Pada 9 Oktober 2011, kuasa hukum Charly merilis pernyataan bahwa Charly van Houten tidak lagi menjadi anggota band ST12.
Pada 13 Oktober 2011, Pepeng keluar dari ST12 setelah menyusul Charly.
Pada tahun 2012, grup musik ini kembali dengan formasi terbarunya. Yaitu pada posisi vokal diisi oleh Ridho sebagai pengganti Charly. Tahun 2013, grup musik ini resmi merilis album Lentera Hati di bawah naungan Universal Music Indonesia.
Pada Maret 2013, ST12 meluncurkan album baru bertajuk "Lentera Hati" di Wisma Bentley Music, Malaysia. di saat yang sama ST12 memperkenalkan anggota baru yaitu Koko (gitar) dan Indra (bas). Walaupun begitu sebetulnya Indra sudah terlibat dalam pembuatan album "Lentera Hati". Tapi saat itu dia masih terikat kontrak dengan band lain.
Lagu "Putih Putih Melati" dalam album ini pun telah menjadi Hits Single di Malaysia. Single "Putih Putih Melati" menduduki peringkat-peringkat atas dalam chart Radio-Radio Popular di Malaysia. Single ini pun masuk kedalam Top 5 untuk Top Single Chart di iTunes. Video Klip "Putih Putih Melati" pun pernah menjadi No.1 Top Track untuk Daily Video yang paling popular di Youtube Malaysia selama beberapa hari berturut-turut.
Kesuksesan ST12 di Malaysia ditandai dengan mendapatkan anugerah 16 kali Platinum Awards untuk album "Lentera Hati" yaitu menyamai jumlah download total sebanyak lebih dari 4 Juta kali.
Pada Ramadan tahun 2014, ST12 merilis di YouTube sebuah lagu religi berjudul "Ampunan-Mu".Lagu ini merupakan perkenalan awal ST12 dalam memperkenalkan album terbaru mereka. Kemunculan video klip ini adalah kejutan bagi para penggemar band asal Bandung ini adalah, karena ST12 menampilkan vokalis baru bernama Dimas sebagai pengganti Rido Tuah.
Kemudian pada bulan Agustus 2014, mereka merilis sebuah single cover version bertajuk "Salam Terakhir" yang merupakan lover version dari lagu legendaris milik penyanyi kenamaan Malaysia, Sudirman.

In 2012, the band is back with a new formation. Ie on vocals filled by Ridho as a substitute for Charly. By 2013, the band officially released the album Heart Lantern under the auspices of Universal Music Indonesia.
