Eh... It was great when it worked... I was able to keep track of my points and where I was at with the promotion games but then, suddenly when I'd log in it would tell me that there was an error with my card and that I needed to call customer service. So I called and they said there was nothing wrong with my card. Now the app doesn't work for me.
Broken app. I can log into the website just fine and my account is active. Every time I try to use the app it tells me there is a problem with the card number and I have to call a number. Complete BS!
This app sucks. I try to update my address, phone # and email and when I click update it tells me to put in my first name. Problem is there is nowhere to put my first name. In fact the only name it asks for is my last name in order to be able to log in. Been like that for every samsung phone I've had. Galaxies 5, 6, 7 and 2 S8's. Never any special offers either.
While I can get in, I can't seem to add my email address. A message came up after installation that said it requires some gmail services that aren't available and to contact the developer. I pretty much can only see my points. No special offers can be seen nor current events. What gives?
Keeps telling me that my card number is invalid. Have had the same card number for years. Have a black label card right now that works just fine. If I go online my card number is valid. Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Same results. This issue needs fixed.
Only good to tell points, nothing more. Can't update any info or profile, junky kickback website seems to be useful on update address, email, phone number etc. This app is useless if want to update anything
I only downloaded this app cause it advertised on Facebook that you could play kickback poker...what a bunch of lying dirty advertising cause when I checked it it says I have to wait until June...why the hell are you advertising something which is currently unavailable? Also every single time I check the so called special offers it ALWAYS says there aren't any...I find this behavior highly unprofessional as well as dirty advertising to do so and I will make sure to let EVERYONE know this. Also on another note what the heck is up with the darn drink club??? I buy at least four to five coffees a week there and this dang thing always tells me all I have bought total is two...I have NEVER gotten a free drink from you be side of this and it is very frustrating...
Keeps track of points good. I do a lot of business with this company and yet still get shafted on the extra games they play. Wish it was a little bit more fair in that aspect.
People you have to understand when it comes to free stuff it's not gonna be perfect. That said I entered my cards number and the app crashed I'm sure it'll fix itself later with updates.
The app does not need all the permissions it asks for. Please redesign and reduce the permissions required to suite what it's really doing. It does not need call log, media access, or even location! This is a must fix because it's all very suspicious!
To get anything fixed, you have to call customer service, spend 20 minutes on hold, then get kicked off. If the point is to be online, why should I have to call customer service for basic functions.
Won't let me enter my card number. Says card error. Just used my card yesterday and it worked fine.
I keep earning points but when does it actually save or come back as cash?
Ive lost my old kickback card a while ago. Is there anywhere in Dallas Texas I can get a card?

This app needs an update for Galaxy phones. Unable to log in with card number, and card number is the only log in option.
I would have to agree with a lot of the other people who are saying that it is a good idea till it says that your 16 digit card number is invalid and another thing is that the wait time needs to be highly reduced from 40 minutes to a more resonable and acceptable wait time and I just got done redownloading the app and retyped my card number in and it still says that my card number is invalid
Let's me log in but Every time I try to look at my fantasy team it takes me to the website and won't me.

I've been using this regularly for about 9 month. Averaging 40$ per purchase, all I have is 178 WTH? Where's the points~

Email developer about update not letting you log in, log in screen keeps saying invalid pin. Logged in to website pin worked just fine & even changed pin # just in case. When they get flooded with emails they will fix it. Scroll down to email developer.
Won't work with newest phone updates. Invalid pin. Like others I contacted customer service to verify the pin. Was told the pin was OK but must be the app, but was told they don't help with that. Super frustrating.
*Update* PIN bug is fixed so I updated to 5 stars. Allows initial install the says PIN no good... nope... app no good.
I would give 5 stars but starting today it said my pin was invalid and can't sign in its irritating u just signed in earlier now it's saying it's invalid fix this and I'll give 5 stars
Can't get into app. Seems to turned into POS app since won't let me in. Fix your app and I'll rate higher

I have a valid card number, but this app keeps telling me to enter a valid number. Even though it is a free app, I would not go near it with a ten foot pole. Stay Away from this hunk of app junk! (I tried contacting take time for them through their website contact us section at least twice I can remember over the last few years, and I have been ignored. They do not have any type of customer service that I can see, that would be considered viable.They need lessons in proper customer service, how to respond in a timely manner, etc....)
