Augmented Painting

Esta aplicación está pensada para usarse en la exposición "Pintura Aumentada", de Juanma Moreno, en las paredes del espacio sevillano "Red House", en calle Amor de Dios, 7. La exposición fue inaugurada el 18 de diciembre de 2014.

“Pintura Aumentada” es un proyecto de investigación y creación artística y tecnológica basado por una parte en el desarrollo de software basado en realidad aumentada, y por la otra de creación visual con técnicas tradicionales con siglos de historia. Tanto una parte como la otra han sido elaboradas por el propio autor.

Ambas tecnologías se mezclan y dependen una de la otra. Presentadas de forma síncrona en un contexto expositivo, los expectadores (¿usuarios?) extienden sus sentidos a través de sus dispositivos móviles, se convierten en ciborgs, y gracias a su extensión tecnológica pueden experimentar la parte virtual de la creación, en sus pantallas, pero a través de la realidad física que les rodea.
En una aplicación móvil de realidad aumentada, el software se encarga de superponer en tiempo real contenido virtual sobre, en este caso, la visión que ofrece la cámara (el “ojo”) del dispositivo.

La propiedad intelectual de las pinturas originales, de las imágenes virtuales, y del software corresponde a su autor, Juanma Moreno. La aplicación "Augmented Painting" fue registrada en el Registro de la Propiedad Intelectual de Andalucía el 23 de Octubre de 2014. This application is intended for use in the "Augmented Painting" exhibition, Juanma Moreno, on the walls of Seville space "Red House" in street Love of God, 7.
