Almost every time I login to the app it freezes. Either while logging in, or at the end of service when I go to submit. Unfortunately the app only successfully submits a service action about 1 out of every 10 times I try. Very frustrating.

Because Lowe's uses this app to check in and out can it not working properly my company is losing money we are not getting paid like we're supposed to be because the check in and out aren't registering like they're supposed to tell me how you can fix this please
