Swift In*Gauge

Previous versions were much better than this one. Voice your Choice is difficult sometimes finding which department to select. Sometimes have problems logging in. Way too many times that I've had to update to use the app. Cannot use the app while my teammate is driving even though I'm not driving.

Used to like it when I could scan in my paperwork. Now after the update, when I go to do it, it gets as far as taking the picture, going to crop it, then it crashes, relaunches, then restarts the whole cycle again as mentioned above. I've tried un-installing and re-installing, but, the problem is still persistent. Please fix since it definitely helps save time out on the road.

Granted this app permission to use GPS still says I didn't. I have used this app for a long time before this. Please fix now as this is how we get psid!!!!!!

Your app crashes when I'm about to approve and crop pictures. Closes and relaunches auto just to crash again.

Keeps crashing when trying to upload pics sonce last update....dont fix it if it isnt broke

It worked great until you did an update however since then I can't get the pictures to upload, ugh

Got a new phone and I'm trying to download both in*gauge and dial*in and both tell me I've restricted the app access to my GPS. Which I did not. Some updates

It was a 5 but rating low because it won't open

Used to work great. Now locks me out with a permission warning i already granted it.... Tried resetting. Nothing. Tried reinstalling. Nothing. Fix it! I loved this app when it came out.

Not bad. Just interface could be better. This app was probably developed by IT geeks that never been on the road. But ok

Won't let me log in it keep saying invalid user name I never had this problem before

Works well with my newer phone.

Trip scan works well most the time. Adding documents isn't intuitive, actually found that function by chance. It's great for scanning trip docs, however it doesn't like using saved images from my image gallery. I neede d to retake them as new images to complete the scan. I do like the convenience of scanning anytime from anywhere.

App needs access to camera and gallery because you're submitting images using camera and gallery (SD card incase you save photos there). Wifi, incase you're using wifi. Old app had access to your location and gps also, insures you don't use it while driving, senses if you're moving. Apps not going to access anything on its own, you have to open it up and tell it what to do.

Liked the old version better but its still okay. If you scan something in very early Thursday morning (say 3am et) you still will not get paid for it the following Tuesday. It works fot the most part. Only had 1 load kickback from being unreadable, had to scan the ol' fashioned way. Mac 9 and 34 dont work. Cant use app when moving in any vehicle, even if you are a passenger...

Other than having to upgrade it Everytime I open it's great. If you could add a feature to save bol for future use. Like the other day the guard shack did not have a copier I went to save under the trip and it did not save I found out on my cloud storage the next day luckily

App works okay most the time. Like the fact i can accept/decline loads from anywhere. But mainly i love that i can scan my paperwork without having to do the transflo thing. Wishing they would add the ability to scan med card, dot inspections, tickets etc.

Need mac 9 to accept /decline lds .only way is in truck. Cannot be tie down to truck 24/7. Also how about a way to text or use app to get in touch w dm or planners. My previous company had it and worked grea t . No more having to wait on phone .come on swift u can do it .Technology works great .

I just had this problem, it's a pretty small app so it's not a big deal. It'd be nice if the trip packets were stored on phone better. I have a thousand pics of bills with no file name and periodically move them to the sd card, so they're probably jumbled to hell.

Love the app, it helps out a whole lot to be able to send in your paperwork as soon as you complete a load....or even as your in the dock being unloaded! Not having to go through a transflow station is nice, just take a few picks and send it from your truck!

No major issues. Sometimes i will mac9 or my dm will do it for me. Haven't tried the lumper yet. I mostly use this to scan my papers. I like doing that myself and it has so far been great. The app developers know what they're doing. Keep it going.

It's an okay app. The other day it wouldn't let me log in saying the server was down. I'm worried it will do that when I really need to scan something. Other than that it's pretty convenient that I can do stuff away from my truck.

Hmm, not seeing mac 9 to accept loads like the other app, can't log in automatically like the other app, without putting in password. This app forgets password. Other than that everything is good with showing load plans and times n weights on next load assignments.

Have a Motorola droid Turbo 2. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. At log in get error message that GPS access is turned off and app won't work. Have checked, GPS access is on for the app. It's very annoying. It worked fine before the last update

I try to open my drivers portal to check my payroll status and it says error 404. . How to get help on this... this is no app contact info for issues

The first version got the job done. I had all my info in one place. I could recall previous loads now all info is of completed are gone. This is now the worst app I have ever used. More problems with this app, I can't look up or find the department I need the "voice my choice" to. I don't know why I'm writing no one will do anything about it anyway!!!!!!

Having two apps just to accept a load or do a trip scan really ia bad idea. Back to the board design. And it will log me off. Some remember button.

It's most useful for doing trip packs. Changing your pta is great when at home I must say also. Only issue I have is the lock down when driving. Thought that was part of the creation, to give convenience. If you are riding with a friend or family you don't have access. Great overall.

The old style was easier with all the functions in one app. Now having two seperate apps and having to save pics of bills takes up so much space its crazy

Not having to transflo is great! I haven't had any problems. For everyone saying they can't get mac 9 it's because you have download *dial in.

There is lots of helpful things, if only they would work. Just like Portal, some things work others dont. The ones that do work do so flawlessly. Direct messaging to planners, CSR's, and DM's would be GREAT.

I don't like how when it doesn't work we cant use the transflo moble app to submit paperwork. Example it's it's Tuesday night and I'm empty but I'm stuck ikr the middle of nowhere and can not submit miles

Can't even login. How the hell are you supposed to use an App where you can't even login? Swifts terminals are slowly removing their scanners (for paperwork- a really stupid idea)... This is where the cumulation of two bad ideas add up to pure failure. Can't scan at a Terminal , and can't use your damn app that won't even login like it's supposed too. Nice job, Swift. You only get a single star because Google requires it a minimum, but in reality for this app you get Zero Stars.

Apps are great a few glitches but pretty much flawless. Only gripe is when you counter mac 9 a load with an eta is shows up as a declined load. And a way to communicate with DM would be awesome.

Works on my droid Maxx. As long as I use the flash to take the pictures. Still not so great on p&g paperwork sometimes. But that because p&g paperwork sucks

If you have a good phone camera it works good. Ive had some problems with it some times uploading my pics..so i have to use the live cam..it gives me an error mesaage otherwise.

I don't understand why you would fix something that isn't broken!!!...The old app was so much better. And why 2 different apps??? Anyway, it doesn't load all the time. occasionally it freezes and we cannot always accept our loads through the new app. it's got way too many glitches.

Keep asking for login. ..and after submitted the scan pp...you won't be able to open them up again. ...should be able to to go back anytime and review....and resubmit. ....thanks
