Got the videos to load ONCE! We have a Sprout Cubby for our boys & this isn't working at all for them on their side...will open on the parents or has twice now! Super irritated!!!!! Uninstalling & trying again. Grrr!

It won't let me watch anything and how do you search I have 2 bars of wifi and I wanted to watch teenage mutant ninja turtles but that's not going to happen and don't get this you will be disappointed
