Had this app for nearly a year now. Apart from the less than great streaming to my phone, even on wifi it says network state very poor??, there is an issue with not receiving alerts that my cctv has detected motion unless I actually have the app open and am watching the camera feeds..... this is no good and needs sorting before I can give any more stars. In general its ok if I just want a quick look at what is happening at home but no good at being alerted if something is going on and my phone is in my pocket. Other apps like meshare and zmodo can do this so why not this one??

Very good App works well, But always hangs after some time of streaming vid.you can take 5 star if you fix the hang and make it more real HD Video capable.

Worked intermittently when first installed but hasn't worked for about 12 months. I've reinstalled it but still nothing. Rubbish????

Says server unavailable and I've troubleshooted many different ways. Also emailed help desk with no response

App never works got it working for 2min a couple off weeks ago, always says server unavailable!

Seems to operate most of the time on wi-fi and 4g but gives the wrong device names. eg. home/away get confused.

Totally Unreliable. Constantly getting a "server unavailable" message. You cannot rely on this to work when you need it.

It does not support Android Nougat (7.0),please fix this problem promptly.

Stopped working again....says connected but no video feed????

There is no remote viewing on this app on Android but it is available on IOS. Do you have any plans to bring remote viewing to this app in Android.

I would have given a five if it dsnt hang soo much...half the tym it says server unavailable.. It dsnt allow me to see at the need f hr...plz fix this..its irritating when your only relying on this...otherwise its good only when it is working...please do let me know why it says server unavailable most of the times..

When i open the cameras one or two open but the reat wont. If they don't open it takes more then 10 minutes to do anything

Good app, but it would be very good to be able to view 9 camera grid so that 9 camera can be viewed at the same time. Much appreciate if an update can be developed

Finally as of today I can actually view cameras!!! I'll upgrade the stars for every month the server stays online!!

This app doesn't work.....and it haven't work in about 5 months.... ..I un installed an reinstalled and still sayin server unavailable. ..please help......is anybody else having connection problems
