Stopped working

Works half the time, takes a while to load and that is if it works when you initially load the app. Otherwise have fun closing it and re-opening until it will load. That is on 4g and wifi. Worthless and scary that my home is being monitored by it when I'm away

Consistently fails. 90% crashes. The cameras also never appear in the same order. Rather than appearing in order from camera 1-8, they always appear in a different random order when I open the app.

Shockingly bad app. Completely unreliable. Have switched all my icrealtime cameras to hikvision because of the lack of reliability with icrealtime when trying to remote view using the app.

PLEASE FIX!! PTZ functions are poor in comparison to the free app GDMSS. Camera doesn't keep moving if you swipe and hold. With this app you need to keep swiping to pan and you need to keep tapping to zoom in/out. With GDMSS all PTZ functions work lovely if you just press and hold making it more user friendly. I would give higher rating if this was fixed and higher again if it was cheaper or free.

Works great every time I want to see different cameras in different areas the only thing I wish it did was able to switch between main screen and sub stream from live view

Need more time to learn how to view camera's

Auto dimming(screen power saving) can be annoying. Essentially when driving. Please give an option to change the settings or adjust to Android. Otherwise excellent App for the needs. 4* for now.

You know why this app is horrendous? Because it is made specifically by a widely know camera company. 3rd party apps like TinyCam destroy this one entirely. But wait! There's more! The doorbell video system.......will not show a live feed during the ringing phase. You have to wait until AFTER someone has left a message to see who is there and buzz them in! ARE YOU COMPLETELY NUTS?!! This was a $600 system!

when i work in a different timezone, cant playback events for example, home is 10am, where i am is 9am. playback can only replay til 9am, so i need wait til 11am to see events recorded from 9 to 10am. also, no support help is available.

I've been running this on Apple devices for years and it works just fine but when I put it on my Android phone it literally only works about half the time. The connection will time out even though when I simultaneously run it on an Apple device it works as expected.

This app was working awesome. As of 1/19/2016, alarm events are not being sent to phone. I now do not know when my alarms are being set off at home. Very unsatisfied.

Only half the cameras load, and that is on a good day, quickly shuts down. Waste of $30.

I have to write these people at least once a month. Not working yet again.

I have been using app for 3 years. I am having a issue with the latest update where the alarm out is not working. It will turn on the lights in my shed but will not turn them off. Has anybody got the same issue

it's quirky, unstable, clunky, poorly designed, and badly implemented, but it performs enough of its functions to be used. Not worth $30. Other ONVIF camera companies' apps work with these cameras, but they are just as bad.

Great app works every time I've used it! Like that they added the time line on playback since last update.

Very unstable for such an investment. Recently this app keeps crashing the developer needs to update it asap

ICR have worked all the bugs since my last 3* review... This is a good app, and it has a lot of features that I use on professional installations. A lot of the other comments can be explained as causes outside the app... it is important to check the upload speed of the ADSL broadband connection at the DVR, as well as the coverage for the phone (e.g. 4G and wifi work best), if it is slow, then streaming video will pixelate or freeze especially if 4 or more cameras are loaded at the same time... not the Apps fault... requires an understanding of network principles and bandwidth limits... A very good App indeed. Cost can be an issue when trying to sell it as a choice, especially when two people in the same household want it,...

Clumsy interface and doesnt display more then 32 cameras... Axis camera support marginal at best

Works good and updates have improved, but i need the recorded playback and settings in landscape mode as this android tablet is mounted to a wall.

Why won't this work on my android I have a HTC running New jelly bean . It worked for 5 mins and now never works ! £19.77 wasted !

When trying to log in to check cameras always fails to display even in wi fi zone. €24 for this! Terrible app that rarely works.

I wonder if the negative reviewers understnd what this app is for. This is specifically for ICRealTime brand DVR's. It worked fine on my old Samsung Galaxy S, and works fine on my Samsung GS3. The GUI could use a little refinement to make mroe smooth. I'd like to be able to call all the cameras at a site by selecting a single item. Many of our customers only own one location, and it would be helpful for the app to instantly connect to all the cameras when it opens.

It will not work with motorola photon this app will not view on my phone

Unfortunately by the time I had added the DVR setup details, I had missed the 15 minute refund window. As the sole reason for using this app is to monitor DVR connected cameras, the fact it crashes on an ICS Galaxy Nexus when connecting to any camera is a pretty shocking oversight. The interface is clean, and if they resolve the crashing, it will be worthwhile.

Can't move around pics and won't work on android tablets

Keeps shutting down. No set up button anywhere.

I can live view and playback from the road! Tech support was excellent! Thank you IC Realtime! Best CCTV App. Out.! Izzy and Craig try calling support, they can help you out.

If you have the App already DO NOT UPDATE IT. New version is not practical. With old version you could switch between cameras with ease but now you can't. PTZ controls suck. I wish there was an option to DOWNGRADE. I dislike the upgraded version.

Love the app when it's working. I'd give it 5* when they fix the bugs. Paid to much money for this App and now it doesn't even work anymore.

After last upgrade, iPhones work ok, androids pixelate terribly. Tech support reset my DVR settings, still horrible. Almost unusable. Can't use as a sales tool anymore.

Disaster do not update it stops working.its the worst app was ok before updates.
