Free Hypnosis

This app is amazing. I came to find this app when I was very depressed and I wanted to find some solution to my anxiety. I never expected it to help me so much. It's a very positive uplifting podcast and extremely informative. Joseph Cough has given me hope in my life and future. I am so thankful for this podcast because he found a solution to what we tell ourselves and the doubtful thinking. We are all a work in progress. So please check this app out, it's worth it

I have had this for a while and felt compelled to write a review and tell you all it's an amazing deal. You get an entire library of very high quality hypnosis/suggestion audios, on many different topics (areas to focus on). Self hypnosis is very effective when used on a regular basis. I can attest to this personally. I find myself choosing the Joseph Clough audios over any others that I have access to, including Law of Attraction. You won't regret buying this unless you just fail to use it.

I'm deaf, and even though hypnosis works with me anyway when I'm in trance (don't ask why), I'd like access to written scripts so that I can assess their suitability for my personal situation. I'll improve my rating when scripts are provided in written format upon payment. Also there's no scripts that I can find for intimacy issues and changing negative beliefs about sex, and I can't find a script addressing general shame issues.

I listened to the deep relaxation hypnosis. The gentleman's voice had such an inflection it was not relaxing. Felt even more uncomfortable listening to it when he stated phrases such as 'deeper and deeper' and his unfortunate pronunciation of the word 'six'. Glad I tried before I purchased other hypnosis tracks by him.

I purchased the full access for 28.99, during the thanksgiving holidays a year ago and I have not yet had full access to them, maybe because I didn't download all of them at one time! I dk! I have contacted the people who supposed to deal with it but I still am prompted to purchase each one or the group special again! Other than that, they are very relaxing!

Would be five stars but I have a problem. I can't restore my purchases or it takes forever to download them (WiFi is very good) Often the app just crashes several times in a row! When I make a new purchase it sometimes just fails to do that (account is in good order) and the load button never stops turning. What is going on? It's getting frustrating!

Reasonably priced and good tracks. I've been using this app for years. It seems a rip off though that when I bought a new phone I had to start again and buy all the tracks again, not very fair at all so wouldn't recommend to others on that basis

Been listening to hypnosis on and off for years. This guy nails it, he gets you in the 'hypnotised state' really easily and the affirmations make a big difference! I've used the confidence and anxiety tracks and feel ready to face anything at work!

I recommend Joseph Clough´s audios to everyone, his YouTube channel, his daily e-mails and products. He is interested in helping you, not to make money off of you since he is a very genuine person. Very professional.

Well, the resolving grief/guilt one worked very well for me. I'm planning on buying a few others to try, just hope they work as well as resolving grief/guilt. Highly recommend giving it a try and keeping an open mind.

I honestly didn't expect much from this app. My experience was so different that I am now looking into what Hypnosis actually is. A amazing app. Definitely going to make this part of my every day routine. BTW this is the first app I have ever reviewed.

Awesome app, Joseph's work is brilliant, he has a calming relaxing voice and tons of brilliant advice. His hypnosis tracks helped me find the strength of will to survive liver disease and a transplant. Thank you Joseph !!

I paid 28.99 for this and I tried to refresh to receive my purchase and have yet to get it. From September. I'm very sad about this for this was a good help to me. I will give 5 stars once I receive my purchase. I've contacted to no avail.

I downloaded this app early last year after I was diagnosed with severe anxiety because nothing else was working. After 2 months I felt cured and my anxiety has sense been non-existent with slight returns but controlled and sub-sided. You just gotta believe, no negative vibes. Thanks Joseph Clough.

I appreciate the work Joseph does. His small 'talks' about various topics/issues and listening helps me to regain clarity or to snap out of the lull mood i am in.

The best hypnosis app an teacher at u finger tips incredible. I bought HD headphones to enhance the hypnosis an it works for me i was a wreck until now.i paid for all access very inexpensive for the fantastic results

If free audios were effective enough,even then somebody can thing of buying them..otherwise waste of money..

Paid for a session, and there doesn't appear to be any way for me to listen to it. Don't download this and get ripped off, it's apparently a scam. At the very least, it's an incredibly poorly designed app.

I'm sorry to leave such a low rating but I tried listening and relaxing but found the repetitive suggestions to relax unsettling and was unable to do so, it did the opposite for me and gave me major anxiety. It's still over half an hour later and I've resorted to my meds for some relief. The speed of talking and tone of voice was overstimulating. I would've really liked a slower pace, a gentler tone, and no need to feel a sense of urgency to relax. I am definitely NOT relaxed and from reading the other comments, am I the only one that reacted to this this way?

Hello Joseph! Excellent app and hypnosis sessions, highly recommend. I've bought the whole lot of them. Can you please create a hypnosis recording to become much more driven and determined in everything we do?

Use to like this but content won't play anymore. Just had a message to say this has been fixed.but it hasn't. Tried reinstalling but no difference. Can't use sessions I've paid for. Disappointing.

not something I like bringing up but in honesty I suffer badly with multiple mental illnesses and highly medicated and have been for over ten years now ive downloaded 1000s of meditation app bought dvds and either relaxes me or destracts me I have now had this app for nearly a year and at night I have half the medication ive been on and less the a quater time trying to get to sleep instant relaxation thank you so much this app has had a major positive affect on my life x thank you

IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE AND GET HOLD OF YOUR LIFE,I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS APP. I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR ABOUT ONE YEAR, AND IT REALLY HELPS YOU UNDERSTAND THE ISSUES AND WORK FOR THE SOLUTIONS.

Hard to relax while listening to it

It's not actually free at all. There are three "guided meditations" that don't actually aim to solve anything. Everything else costs money.

Not actually free... Sure, you can download the application, but using anything is a $3.99 minimum. PER TRACK!!
