This app had 500+ MB of user data. What could that possibly be for an app I've only used once or twice months ago?

Drop downs for credit card expirations don't let you focus on Android 8.0 pixel 2. Can't complete reservations and I just switched from iPhone. I'm a globalist!

You got to be kidding me just updated yesterday and already next day wanting a new update how ridiculous. Also you should look at Hilton's app for ideas like it allows you to view points and rates including multiple rates like AAA, AARP, GOVERNMENT ENTERTAINMENT, ECT without having to back out and redo it just to see different rates and points.

Deleting app. Checked in with app and it over road my preferences. Useless!

I am still getting AVG alerts to uninstall this app. Most annoying!

Recently stayed at a Hyatt in DC. The staff made our stay very much enjoyable, they are a sick kind and lovely people. I recommend this hotel.

It's nice app where u can crack the nut..... Just loved the property !!!

App is ok but I keep receiving an alert from my AVG anti-virus software to uninstall it.

Does not consistently work

The my stay feature wasn't working at 1st. I had to have the desk add my reservation manually to the app. The chromecast feature is choppy, probably because I didn't upgrade the internet package through Hyatt. I was able to speed up the replacement of towels and toiletries through the app.

Sitting in a Hyatt hotel. And still cannot add my stay. Useless. Tv says i need this to use the chromecast. Yet cannot access my stay so it doesnt work. Even after fixing the chromecast in the tv for them. Sums up entire service from them so far ..

mason reason I downloaded the app was to check-in prior to my arrival. the app does not have the feature. deleting since you can not do much

Really like the new app and features, especially those beyond booking for my actual stay.

Does what you expect functionally. But would appreciate it if it didn't perform background tasks eating up 3% of my battery even when I haven't opened it for a long time.

Whoever designed the logo and new loyalty rewards program should be fired. Hope Hyatt didn't pay too much. At least the old typeface had years of history behind it and looked classy. App seems to work fine when it wants to. Error codes still come up for some choices.

App works fine but now has one of the worst logos I've seen from a large company in recent memory.

App is OK. Logo is ugly. I removed the app from home screen because of ugliness. This is first one star review for any app.

Keeps crashing

Installed it on my Google Pixel XL and in crashes constantly after the splash screen. It is unusable.

App now works as intended. Much better than previous version.

This is a much better app than it used to be! It's actually rather functional now. I look forward to giving it a go on my next stay!

Can't use your Hyatt Credit card yearly free night via app.

This app makes it so easy to check in, get your room key, view information about the hotel and your room, and check out! Love it. Great work Hyatt!

This app wants to access everything, check your privacy, location and other permissions when you install.

Despite the reviews I installed the app, silly me. Crashed and crashed several times within the first few minutes. Deleted files, still crashed. App has been removed, if it is that bugging how safe can it be to have on your phone?
