APP Description & Instructions
Personal Assistant is a morning checklist time management tool with a friendly voice interaction feature that responds to you while you collect the items you need for the day ahead.
You check the items you will need to conduct your daily activities. Even when everyday is different from the previous or the week differs, it remembers and recalls that list for that day.
Set the alarm to coincide with the time you plan to leave your home and the alarm will automatically begin 20 minutes before your exit time and again 5 minutes before your departure.
The list consists of 25 items that would generally be part of your repertoire of belongings.
You swipe left the items you will not need for the day and the app will only remind you of those items remaining on the list.
The voice app will greet you at those alert times and ask you to start.
You have the option of 5 different responses to the vocal prompts.(please see notes below)
Depending on the response, the app will save the item to be repeated again in next alert reminder or remove it from the list.
When both alerts have initiated and you find that some items are still displayed on the screen, this is another opportunity to retrieve your item(s).

For simplicity and convenience, only one set up is required. The app will remember the settings and function in the same manner until you want to make the changes.

When the app prompts you vocally, you will also see a high rez photo of the item as an added feature for the user.

In addition, the app illustrates in real time weather conditions for any location you chose, with a list of weather related suggestions.
You can change to Fahrenheit or Celsius with a slight touch.

This is an app with a mature design that is pleasant to look at and easy to use.
It is designed to maximize the user experience while minimizing battery drain and data usage.
Notes
The app recognizes the following commands:
Start This will begin the program as prompted by the voice.
Yes Say ‘yes’ when you have the item in your possession.
No Say ‘no’ when you do not have the item in your possession.
Skip Say ‘skip’ when you want to go to the next item on the list.
Repeat Say ‘repeat’ when you want the voice to repeat the item.
Never Say ‘never’ when you do not want to include the item on your reminder list.

Customize your list:
You can update your list daily or set up an inclusive list for the week ahead.
When you have an inclusive list, say ‘skip’, for the item(s) you do not need for the day.
The list will remain intact up until you change the list manually.


Android mobile devices: This app can fit all screens with an aspect ratio version of 3.0 to 10.
