餐旅英文與會話(三)

世界獨家以英語教科書的會話課程為藍本所製作成的App。

1.本冊為「教育部教科書審定執照」職審字第01977號之教科書,作者鍾愛德,賴銹慧,鍾國鳳,鍾韶珮。

2.內容有1.Ordering Food and Serving Meals(I)(點菜與上菜I)2. Ordering Food and Serving Meals(II)(點菜與上菜II)3.Serving Beverages(供應飲料)4.Serving Wines(供應酒)5.Serving at the Meal(用餐服務)6.Settling the Checks(結帳)7.Sundry Services(雜項服務)8.Reserving a Room for Traveling(旅行預訂房間)9.Making an Arrangement for Sightseeing(安排觀光)10.Shopping(購物)

3.每課有二個到三個「情境」對話,如第二課有兩個,分別為Celebrating at a Restaurant(在餐廳慶祝);Serving the Entree(上主菜)。第七課有三個,Exchanging Money(兌換貨幣);Checking Out and Paying the Bill(結帳離開旅館與付帳);Handling the Payment and Seeing the Guests off(處理付款與送客)。

4. 每課內容分「文章」、「單字」、「片語」、「文法」、「練習」; 「文章」由道地的美國人錄音,分男、女錄音;按右上角的喇叭icon,即可聽到該篇對話全部連續撥放的錄音;按方形icon,則停止撥放錄音。此外,也可針對每句對話錄音,做反覆練習的動作,以便模仿道地的美國語音,達到熟能生巧的目的。

5. 每課文章內和練習內的「單字」大都可以點擊,點擊後立刻會出現該「單字」的中文解釋;此外,按下該單字的喇叭,即可發出語音,若要使該單字離開,隨便點擊該頁面的任何地方,該單字會消失,再回到原文章頁面。

6.每課的「單字」和「片語」均有數十個提供user做測驗。

7.按下每課右上角的Quiz(隨堂測驗)即可立刻做測驗,最後結束會顯示得分,結束後按下「再測一次」,則其出現的單字或片語,因為是Random,所以與前次的單字或片語的順序完全不同。
