Just the right length of time for me, daily, and suitably varied. Only issue is the Notification doesn't vanish once clicked, which would be nice to fix.

Pretty good as it gives you rest periods and gives you time get into the position. Button that shows all exercises but doesn't describe or show how to get into the positions.

I have never done yoga but since installing and flowing the instructions, have been feeling better. It could be imptroved if there were clearer directions about each exercise.

Extremely disappointing. I didn't like this app at all... The guided routine is less routine and more "trying to cram puzzle pieces that don't fit together". One pose doesn't transition into the next. Where is the flow? How does it go straight from bound angle to chair pose?? That's how injuries occur! The blaring commercial at the end of the routine was also completely unnecessary in a yoga app. I understand the devs need to make their money somehow, but there are better ways to do it. If you're even remotely serious about developing a mindful yoga routine for yourself, this is not the app to use.

I hurt all the time due to arthritis, these exercises were very comfortable to do. I could feel it stretching me without hurting me and it has 3 settings for difficulty. I'm on easy right now.

I'm only 3 days in using this app, and new to yoga but I am very pleased so far. My life is VERY hectic and it's been a challenge for me to find time to exercise. This app is PERFECT. All it takes is seven minutes, and on many days, it seems that seven minutes is all I have. I feel it...muscles stretching, muscles being used, I even work up a little sweat. I'm not in the best shape, nor am I in the worst shape but hands down I would recommend this app to anyone. No frills, no complexities, three levels of difficulty to choose from so the app will grow as you grow your inner yogi...just pose..rest..pose for seven minutes then done.

I was trying to fit literally any kind of fitness into my schedule so I downloaded another 7 minute workout app, but this popped up as suggested after. I would much rather do yoga than jumping jacks! I do the easy workout for now until I can manage to get up earlier. I have been doing this 5 days in a row and I can feel myself getting stronger. Thanks for making this app!

This is a SIMPLE app…and easy to use. If unfamiliar with yoga, you should view and practice each pose before running through the program. The program simply reminds you of the poses. I'd like it if the program ran all the way through as hands free, but still a decent app. In program ad is unobtrusive. Full page ad in learning mode.

Great app for yoga newbies like me. Only 7 minutes a day and you can view the poses first with a 5 second ready time and a 10 second rest time between poses. You can also change the difficulty of the work out.
