Not very good, booked a lounge online then got an email saying we would need to print off the info to enter the lounge, had a look on the website and it said we could get in as long as we had the info on the app. Downloaded the app but none of our bookings were visible. Left it for a few hours came back later still no details. Tried reinstall still no joy. Tried to enter the same details fresh on the booking screen on the app but couldn't because it needs to be within 24hrs...not impressed sorry

I have used this app several times and it has been great. I booked a hotel this evening and it crashed. I could not find the booking and had no confirmation email. I used the feedback service to find out if it had gone through. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service. Thank you, great app with great people behind it!

Really loved this app but very disappointed that I can't seem to change the app from being linked to an email address I no longer use. It has meant that I couldn't use the app to make a booking which was such a shame.
