The android version appears threat free, however the official app on their website the Windows version is riddled with trojan horse infections. Mutltiple payloads unknown risk! CAUTION USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, DEVELOPER WILL NOT RESPOND!

You need to send out a bug fix or an update. Too many persons are having the same issues with this app... I bought two one for home and the other for work the app is not working this is ridiculous. Be urgent in improving the app...

Worked great until I got a new phone. Now nothing, either "poor network coverage" error which is impossible with 5 bars of 4g lte and connected to a WiFi router. Or just a simple "error try again later" message. Another fine Asian product.

It doesn't work anymore ! Works only when i m connected to my office wifi with the ip adress .. but not with other wifis or 3g !

Works well at the site but when I try to use it anywhere else it crashes. I've tried Uninstalling it then installing it again and it keeps crashing. Pretty poor in my opinion

Used to work good. Now all I get is failure to connect messages. Come on guys wake up. Does anyone know if they are still in business?

Errors when trying to login: "Network connection is not good. Please try again". Also tried LoginFree, but errors: "Fail to connect". From their website, downloaded PC version, but it displays all my cams as "Offline". When used with browser, it errors "Invalid command" after login. Very disappointing.

Earlier it used to be slow but now it's totally gone. Please advice what needs to be done

This was a perfect super fast app connection, now the screens don't load and just says connection failed, very frustrating.

Wasted money, time and effort to buy then wire 8 cameras throughout my home, for the software/apps to completely fail. I don't know if it's a server problem on QMeye's/MeyeTech's side(or their parent company) or a software/app problem on their side, but from now on I'll never buy clearly "cheap" equipment from a company unwilling to spend money/time/effort on their product. App doesn't work. Either 'Login Failure' or 'Network Connection is not good'. Windows app doesn't work, either. Very disappointing. All my cameras are useless if I can't login to see them! This is ridiculous. And whoever's behind this is obviously conducting a scam. How in the world is anyone rating this five stars? All the positive ratings are coming from Anonymous or fake names, rarely with a comment. And if there is a comment, it's something like 'work good for me'. Yea, you're real. Really part of a scam. UPDATE 2/28/17: Parts of the online services have started working again, intermittently. Windows app works on one computer but not the other, sometimes. Android app seems to be working again, for now.... Still very frustrated, but at least some things are starting to work again.

To many times we are battling with the android app. Please start sorting this issue out we are paying for this service. Thank you.....

It's rubbish....it's stopped working and fails to connect to my dvr after resetting dvr router and app. Do not bother with it.

Old version is better.Cannot rotate the screen also for Login does not work always shows Connection Fail

Old version was very good. New version is always showing buffering and then fail to connect

Works only withing the range of my WiFi and even that is very slow. Outside my network with 3g, it barely works

App use 2 work amazing at first now it keeps say fail to connect they really need 2 fix this app or have another available app that works so i can view my cameras

Doesn't work. They have been saying for months that they are working on updates. They don't respond here nor will they answer email.
