Not compatible with lollipop OS, please fix. When try to add device give error: you have not right to add device

Works on KitKat, but not Lollipop. Of all the apps I have that require Android 5 compatibility, this is the only app that still requires an update and therefore the only app preventing me from upgrading to 5. Apart from this, the standard of the manual and help file are appalling. Really could do with a rewrite by a native English speaker... and better explanations.

Login id not working., registration also not working.. Connection fail coming, login free option also, not working, I check all cable, hard disk, net connection, all super. But app not working
