Helicon Remote

It definitely works with galaxy s7 edge with t3i. I would habe graded 3 stars but it was free so hey can't complain. Would have gotten a perfect 5 if the UI was a little more smooth, view pictures within the app and option to save on the camera instead of the phone. On the flipside I guess if you are loading to Instagram this would be many people's fav app :-)

I downloaded this app just yesterday and its just very useful. Every thing works great with my d7000 Nikon. For the moment its the greatest app for remote liveview. You can do time lapse, hdr braketing... Thank to them for the time spending to make this nice app . Hope will continue to satisfy me after but now works well

This is amazing app I don't usualy leave comments, but this app blows me away. I would like to see more controls over the video however - being able to start shooting videos from sound triger! Would be great for Vlogers! But never the less.. amazing

This app works seamlessly with my Rebel T3. It has excellent features for a free app and I highly recommend it, if you can live with the limitations of saving only jpg files on your tablet. However, the purchase price is outrageous ($75 CAN), as is the price for all of Helicon's Software! It is only for the wealthy!

The app provides great flexibility but I have seen it crashing too many times to give it a 4 or 5 stars. Hope that future update fixes the bug

After going through five or six different apps I wasn't expecting too much but ha ha it works just fine on my 1200d and budget tablet am most greatful well done helicon I can now get the macro shots I want without getting on mi belly to see the screen.

Rating 4 stars, it's great app but also bas space for improvement. Hi, how do I access the pictures I just took, from within the app?

Great app.. Works really great records videos too... But is it possible to autofocus during video recording by touch... Im using canon 70d

I have installed this only recently and haven't tried it much, but it looks like the remote control app that I was looking for. Canon EOS 60d, works nicely from my phone.

i hv recently download this app, but did not try yet, can i know in the dslr i need to use hdmi or a/v out cable to connect with usb otg?

The first few times when i connected via OTG It was working very well but after some time when i couldn't connect it says "Camera not connected" Need it fix it ASAP

This app is the best free app of it's kind, I have not tried any paid ones though. The only, slight problem, which may not even be a problem at all, is that when I start recording video the live view zooms in a little bit, and it seems to me that the resulting video is a little bit zoomed in too. Is this a feature, a bug or something to do with my specific camera (Nikon 5200)?

Canon EOS 7D to Samsung Galaxy Tab S - draining a full battery in 10 minutes. Went through 2 of them because I thought maybe the first battery was faulty. Also, kicked out the first OTG I used with it. No connection. Connected same OTG to a thumb drive with videos on it. Immediate recognition and videos played fine. Finally, when taking pics, they are not being saved in camera, only on the tablet.

Great app! Works great with my D800 but the photo qualities are so low when they are saved. There is no way to say save the photos at original quality. This camera is 32MP but I'm only getting a 10-12MP photo

But only problem that I noticed is unable to change autofocus area while recording video.

So I wouldn't mind if they charged for added functionality, bit it is just wrong to charge for functionality that is built into the camera to begin with.

Replaced finicky CamRanger with this. Works great! No fuss, no muss! No more headaches dealing with CamRanger and all the crap hanging from the camera! Bliss! Buy the full version and support these folks!

At first I thought the app did not work. Turns out be problem with my phone. App worked great on another device.

It works alright. For free it's okay. I was a bit put off by not being able to save RAW but I saw where you buy the full blown app. Not a problem until I got to the $48 license? I suppose it would be plausible if you could try the full blown package for 15 days to see if it's really worth it. I still can't imagine that price for an app. DSLR Controller for $7.99 will get my money instead.

Love the product. Only shortcoming is settings cannot be saved. Becomes a bit of a bother continuing to reenter the same settings over and over.

Works on Amazon Fire with google play store loaded! I'm using as field monitor with DSLR. Paid $8 for another app that couldn't even run. Stoked!

Doesnt work with my sony a5000. Anyone let me know if something else works plz

Wow it is working I think that it will not work with my canon Eos 1200d

The app works instantaneously. Experienced a bug when adjusting the exposure for the first time. Would be nice if there is a play back feature for photos or videos.

Because is an unsupported my camera..

Even free version has lots of features. Successfully connected with Nikon D5300's WiFi.

Not working with S7 and the nikon D810

Does not work on nikon D3100

Not supporting Nikon d3200

Lags little bit (live view and autofocus) but works ok
