A simple App to allow your child to interact with different shapes using touch.
I wrote this for my son who was 18 months old.
It's primarily aimed at children under 5 years old.
Hopefully you and your child enjoy it too :)
I've added more options. You can now select individual blocks of shapes.
The idea was to give children something where they can follow shapes with their finger.
I thought it would help them with coordination and recognizing the shape.
Because it's aimed at younger children, the User Interface is deliberately simple, so they can play with minimal intervention.
Use Settings to change options for playing sounds and/or the sparkle effect

Our son was starting to recognise some numbers and letters but had trouble drawing them himself. This was a fun way to get him used to drawing the outlines, and the sounds and colourful graphics kept his attention

This app has potential. If the white lines could be only coloured in by following them this would be brilliant for practicing formation of letters / numbers / shapes. As it is simply rubbling over the screen fills it in.
