Emerald Card - H&R Block

I can't get this app to store my phone number to show my deposits, transactions or withdrawals. How do get it to work. It use to work on my D phone but once I got a new one it don't. Gets to be frustrating at times. I sent an email and no one replied yet. Please help

They need a separate app for INGO check to card and the Emerald app cause the Emerald app is great but the INGO check to card part SUCKS big time. They do not want to approve checks. The minimum amount has changed twice in the last week. I keep getting an error.

Does what it's supposed to do very nicely but the only downside is that choosing "remember me" doesn't keep you logged in. It only shows your email. My guess is that it is a security feature in case you leave your phone unattended. Great app.

This App is convenient and user-friendly! I can pay bills, I don't have to log in to view my balance....I recommend this App!

I can't get into my account every time I try to login it takes forever to load and I get an error pop up. I already uninstalled this app 5xs and still cannot get it to work. I had this all for over a year got the automatic updates set so the app is upto date so why is it not working?? The website isn't even working to help either eeerrr frustrated!!!

The app will not let me get past security question. Keeps saying an error has occurred please try again later. Try going to the website and it just sends me to the main H and R block page where it does not have the emerald card account log in anywhere. Very aggravating. I wouldn't even be still using it if my tax preparation guy would put my state refund in the account. He put my federal in the correct account. After this year never again!

Since the new year I have had a horrible time logging into my account. It wont let me get passed the login screen. Doesn't say error or anything. I used to love this app. H&R block get it together man. Sucks when you rely on something that is this faulty. Seems like everyone else is having the same damn problem too. 4.1 star app rating is going down, down, down!!

Terrible. You have to use a 3rd party service to pay. Why can't we just use a debit card and pay the balance? They make it 10 times harder than it needs to be. They wont even let me pay off my balance because my card expired months ago and they want to issue me another card... I DONT WANT ANOTHER CARD! I WANT TO PAY OFF MY BALANCE AND NEVER USE H&R BLOCK AGAIN!

Helpful for basic functions. In this era of advanced apps, why do we still need to go to web site for most transactions? Why do you keep Debit Card Funding on the menu, when the feature was never and still isn't available? In terms of functionalit vs other apps, 40% approval rating.

This app has not worked for over a month despite multiple attempts to uninstall and reinstall it. I cannot even log in to check my balance. I cannot check my balance online either. Will be taking my funds to another financial institution

Horrible app!!! You can't log in , even on the Web site it says error , been this way for over a month. I have no way to track my balance or manage deposits !! You'd think the financial institution responsible for this app would have repaired . Apparently NOT .

Every time I try to log into my Emerald card, all I get is "an error has occurred. Please try again." I can't access my account online anymore via the website, balance notifications via text don't work now, so it seems you have to download this sucky app to be able to just find out what your balance is. This is beyond ridiculous.

Absolutely worthless. Impossible to use without getting the hrblock account linked. That is impossible because of questions that can't be answered required to link my in office info with the website account. What was your phone number 14 years ago? Then immediate lock out after 2 failures to guess.

I'm sure it could be okay, if it would even let you log in, all it ever says is there was communication errors. Trash, expected better from an app that is the only way to manage my tax return

I just installed the app yesterday and everything worked great and now today when I want to log in it says Error! Now I'm reading reviews and it seems like i'm not the only one with this problem. I wish I would have read the reviews before inputting my personal information. Please fix this problem!!

Update screwed me over can't put my check into my account and now I have no money how awesome. Just fix it today and like right now would be great

It doesn't work. Can't get past the security question without getting am error message. I've had this more than a week now, one star is too generous a rating for a useless app.

Everytime there is an update, it doesnt wrk right for months. Now it keeps say 'wer having some temporary delays. Please try again later." It will say this for a week. I have uninstalled, and installed 3 times. It will wrk for 2 days, then it wont wrk again for weeks .

The app was updated and once again the check to card feature is not working. This happens every single time the app is updated. Calling customer service is a waist of time. You get someone who doesn't speak English and all they will do is tell you to close the app and try again or send you an email that only tells you how to download the app. This is getting really annoying because it happens every time the app updates. It is especially frustrating this time because I am in the hospital.

this app is terrible,it use to be very reliable now I can never seem to be able to login keeps saying information error and after so many times it locks you out for 20mins before your able to try again.

It shows me a whole different screen then what it shows here i cant do anything with mine ugh might as well just call customer service cuz this app is pointless

This app is complete bullshit! ? Every time I try to log in keeps saying error . Every time I try to put in my password it says error . It won't let me see my account . I just to see my money. Fix this bullshit?!

I have a galaxy s7. Prior to the last update I'd have given it 5 stars. Now, I am unable to upload checks because the app is not seeing the signed portion of the check. For a few days now I have been going back and forth with the support team and instead of actually trying to help me resolve the issue, they send out pre formed emails (with instructions I have already stated I've completed). Never once do they tell me what the actual problem is or actually communicate any advice. Their ultimate solution was to upgrade my device. Really?? I don't know who is running their technical department but upgrading a phone to use an app is NOT a solution especially since it was the latest update that caused the issue in the first place. If I can get this resolved I'll give it another 5 stars but between their solution and their unwillingness to actually help a paying customer I'll stand by this review. I'm just going to take my business elsewhere. I give it 2 stars because it works well for direct deposit and checking balances but that is all.

Locked out of account, try requesting new username/password but got no email to do just that. Terrible app worthless service goto jackson hewitt

It's great to deposit checks and see balances. Needs an option to transfer funds from a bank account to the card so we don't have to go to the actual website on our phones.

I've had my Emerald card for years. It used to be easy to use, now it locks my phone completely when I try to sign in. I have to actually restart it to get out of the log in screen. PLEASE FIX!

Its making me mad cause I use this app last year and loved it but this year it will not go pass the log in screen which is really making me mad and needs to be fixed

I thought this app would have the full functionality of the website but it does not as far as I could tell. The app seemed far too simple. The UX and UI of the app did not seem to flow and missing functionality such as ePockets, an awesome feature available on the website, brings my rating down. Please work on a better UX/UI design and make its functionality match the site. Oh! And remove the Ads!

Cannot sign in thru the app or website all i want to do is check my card balance! Why is that so difficult

Inigo sucks. Won't deposit my checks now, direct deposit isn't working now and they give me a run around and don't return calls AND when asking to speak with authority, they get rude and refuse and tell you to go take it to a bank if you don't like it. In over 10yrs I have NEVER had such a horrid experience and seriously considering dropping all business with H&R Block and it's 'new' affiliates who obviously lack customer service skills. This is quite disturbing.

I Love its convenience. Great app this is what I used to think about the app it has become a huge inconvenience I've been trying to deposit my check to my check to card feature and it continues to keep declining. I never had this problem before during the past 4 years I've been using H&R Block I think it's the new Services they have with ingo check the card services for H&R Block when I first tried it they said on the app it was declined because they couldn't reach the writer of the check. Then I contact customer service on a chat line and the rep stated that it was declined again because they didn't see no endorsement on the back for both individuals that's on the check. So I said okay I'll have my husband sign as well. We signed both names and then it declined it again saying they couldn't understand the writer of the check. At this point I'm like aaaaah! ! ! So I went one chat line again and it was the same rep that was saying "Oh you you need to give us the numbers to contact the writer "it was the Department of Treasury For Heaven's Sake! Again never did I had to go through that so I decided to try them again with a whole new different check you can clearly see the writer of the check and my endorsement in the back then they send me a message saying it was declined again because my account is on hold for fraudulent activities. Please take heed they are new features this year for those who had it before I would not advise anyone to use it it's very strenuous and frustrating it's supposed to be the comfortability of conveniency to be able to cash your check with no problems and there are many many problems

Can't log in, obviously did not spend the money to have a proper APK written. Do not waste time downloading, uninstall it and call the toll free it's faster and actually works

I like being able to check my balance instantly! They also have some good options for peoples personal finance needs! Nice card look too!

The app wouldnt allow me to log into my account. It has a block on it. Its very frustrating since my cell phone just broke.
