I have Movies and 1 hour TV shows that I'd like to watch but they do not work with this app. It might be that this app doesn't support big video files but that should have been made clear. I feel like I wasted my money, all I get is a black screen when I try to load my video files.

Thanks for this, it's a fantastic app :) I'm using it on a Wileyfox Storm and the drifting seems to be a non-issue now. In my opinion it is by far the best VR cinema app for cardboard on the market (due to seating select, lighting selection, screen resizing, Youtube integration etc) but my only niggle with it is the file selection system. Also, thanks for taking the time to make the feature explanation videos. Not a lot of devs would go to the trouble of doing that. Hope there's another update in the works?

So, i made a watch later list. Then tried to play it in the app.. nothing.. just the loading circle. I just purchased this about 10 mins ago... so i could be doing something wrong. But the videos i recorded on my phone look good within the app. But i agree with the sync option to when i lay back my recliner. Or lay in bed would be nice. So i probably will look into the locking screen feature. But i have to say, i am happy with my purchase so far!

The price is pretty steep, I paid twice as much for this as I did for my cardboard. Seems to lower the quality and framerate of Youtube videos, but works well with videos on your device.

This is a pretty decent theater app for anyone wanting a cinema experience with their VR HMD. I am using Google Cardboard on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and it works well. While immersion in the theater setting suffers a little from lack of dynamic lighting and lower quality models and textures, it is still passable. My only major criticisms are the movie selection is a little clunky. Also, having the button to center the screen is nice, but on my phone doing this more than once seemed to trigger a glitch where the entire rendering of the scene disappears and is replaced by solid blue and remains that way forcing me to force kill the app and restart it..All in all I was torn between 3 and 4 stars, but ultimately decided on 3 but anticipate I will have to upgrade that rating in the future. As a small P.S., I would really love to see the addition of a projection booth at the back of the theater. It would just add a little something to the experience.

Please fix! All movies are forced into 2.35:1 aspect ratio, so almost all movies look too wide. Would not have bought this if realized in time. Cmoar also does this so just as bad. Gear VR Cinema does adjust movies to correct ratio.

Hi there. This is a great app. But is there a way to lose the floating remote control when viewing 360 videos? It utterly kills the immersion. And yeah, the file system is far too arduous to navigate when i want certain files. These reasons stop me from using the app for most things. Some lighting in the cinema would also be fantastic...down the track.

Can you guys add in the two option , for 3D 180° & 2D 180° . Please and Tq! your customer :)

The app shows every video files on my SD cards, all 200 of them. And they were sorted by random, I guess. I can't see the files I wanna watch.

Doesn't appear to work on my phone - galaxy s4 with android lollipop.

Every movie gets stretched to fill the screen, which is pretty annoying.

Why? Haven't used GoShow for a few weeks and now it will not even open. Really stinks that a paid app has issues like this.. Galaxy Note 4 on 5.1.1.

Edit: Great job on the last update! Now if you could somehow include an auto-recalibrate feature that has the app recalibrate when you rest the phone down into approximately the initial position you orginally calibrated from, this would be an even better app! And yeah, this needs a better interface!

Its very user friendly nice simple layout but no youtube. :( im on a note 3 if it helps will buy again if it starts working

The video player and immersion are great. However, when I log in a YouTube account the app crashes and then again at start up each time until the cache is cleared.

Please help how to add subtitles in a movie .....or please add an option ....please....

Nice looking app... But waste of time if can't choose files thru File Explorer... Or a better interface. Having to scroll thru every tiny video the phone makes... Is soul numbing.... And makes this app Useless.

This is my favorite VR theater application. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I see double images when running the app, and it's the only app I've tested so far with my current headset that appears as double images. Also, for some reason, starting a couple days ago, when I open the app it just shows blue squares all around me for calibration but there doesn't seem to be any way to get back to theater? EDIT - Forgot to mention: With the updated app combined with my newer headset that uses a bluetooth clicker rather than the magnet... I have 0 drift issues in the app now!!!

Bought most , cos I don't care bout da few euro, this is da best I've downloaded,can a setting be added to watch showbox on this? , Thanks and great job(especially on locking screen)

This app worked great. I just realized about 15 min watching any thing with the VR gogles I got, made me really motion sick. So I guess its back to normal video watching for me. I am giving this app 5 stars due to it being really well made and having great features. With that being said, since I cant use it. Is there a way for me to get a refund?

I took my negative review off because you all responded fast and fixed the issue w/ the black screen and the mislabel of pro downloading the free version ,however the issue I have now is prior to the last two updates when i would lay down with my head facing the ceiling I used to be able to calibrate w/ the reposition button . After the updates the calibrate no longer functions to where I can do that laying down. I have however found a workaround of locking the screen before I lay down.

This is a very clever app replicating a movie theater in Google Cardboard. I have a Sony HMZ t3 and this is a lower resolution version of that but still pretty effective. HOWEVER! I have to manually change the screen size of each video every time I play something. Would be be great if I could choose a size and have that be the default every time.

Probably one of the best VR video apps on the market. Between the customizable virtual theater and limited YouTube support it easily tops my list of favorite apps for Google Cardboard. There's just one problem. When I use the app, the video screen slowly drifts to the left, requiring me to periodically re-adjust the positioning in order to watch the movie clearly. I'm not entirely sure if this is a glitch in the app or a result of my phone, but it's incredibly annoying none the less. Furthermore, additional features, such as browsing folders by file, bluetooth controller/keyboard support, and additional theater types would vastly improve this app.

I really enjoyed watching videos on my bed as if I was watching them on the big screen. This app has a lot of fun features, such as picking where you sit in the "movie theater" I find the interface for selecting options to be rather clunky. This is low-hanging fruit for improving the app. This is why I am giving three stars. A nice feature would be the ability to calibrate the theater vertically. I would like to be able to set the VR on my head as I lay down face up and watch a movie like that.

Best player out there at the moment, friendly developer and fast fixes when problems rear their head. The hands free UI works a treat, and with the choice of seating you now can watch stuff that almost fills your vision, putting the screen so much closer (virtually) to you. I love the Youtube implementation especially - make a list of 3d stuff to watch later (there is tons on there), and simply watch a lot of great (and not so great) 3D video that's not eating up your phones precious real estate.

Until after the calibration has been fixed. This is a beautiful, cool, great quality app that I am waiting for to work perfectly. I have the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the calibration still doesn't work. Fix this, please. I get that all phones are different. But it's horrible having to stop watching something to calibrate the app. It also takes from the experience of being in a virtual theater. Really amazing app otherwise.

i love this app. i just wish there was a way to view folders vs having to scroll through an endless list of videos from my gallery. i have 2 kids and with that a lot of videos meaning my time needed to go and select an actual movie to watch becomes time consuming. please fix in next update! :)

I like to use this app when I am lying down, and unfortunately I can't calibrate it so that the screen appears higher. I have to sit to see the screen. It only calibrates on the horizontal not vertical axis

Much better but Options for seek (maybe pop up seek bar?) during playback would be great. Volume controls also is a much needed update. Locking is is fixed thanks. But an option to exit from lock mode is still needed so that you don't have to get out of the app and back in again. And also just for info the calibrate option seems to have made the drift more noticeable in Note 4 but was better with the Note 3. I hope my suggestions are plausible and a good feedback. Great work!

I liked the whole concept of the app but it won't even load my youtube videos on my xperia z1s it shuts down every time and doesn't load
