Only just installed the system and setup the app last night, it worked for about 4 hrs but now keeps saying connecting failed. Can you please advise on how to fix this issue?

App was working for about 2 weeks. Now tells me my device is offline for the last week. Tried rebooting device, uninstall and reinstall with not suitable outcome. Device wont record for more than 12 hours. Uniden device and App, a waste of time and money (device and installation over $500 down the drain) better protected without it

The system Works!!! Not easy to setup. Not like loading an app on your phone. You are setting up a separate server with dedicated IP address etc. Requires METICULOUS attention and CAREFUL reading of LOTS of DETAILED instructions for a DYI install. Think about it: you want to see real time images of your property on a mobile device from anywhere in the world!! There's a lot of things other than Uniden that have to work for that to happen! It took us a few days. Uniden Customer Service were very helpful. They have a tech support centre 24/7. They can log in remotely and help you. They called us back after 24 hrs to make sure we were OK. JB HIFi exchanged one camera for us without question or delay. Can't ask for more than that. The product is a high function system that logs, alarms, sends emails & snapshots, etc. We are still bedding down sensitivity and the selections we want. Expect to spend some time learning what the device can do and adjusting it properly. Confession: I used Uniden's name in vain a few times! Uniden are genuine. 24/7 Support is an email away. I think the product is extremely good value. Recommended. Expect to be challenged!

The app Keeps saying divice off line for few days???

Working fine. Good App but complicated for new users. Cant choose HD for all cameras, you have to go to individual camera and choose HD and it will buffer and show you live HD. Make sure Your DVR system always connected to internet to get live anywhere you go. Zoom doesn't work. Just for the information once you register you can access all cameras. if you do it Auto login without register account you will see only 4 cameras. I hope this info will help.

Downloaded the latest update and now I have no access to my cameras. It won't recognise my username or password and has deleted my local access. Uniden has been nothing but a waste of time and money.

For some reason when I playback footage it freezes. So if I play back example a minute at X:59 it'll freeze.

Does not work when im away from home. Only works when im home. Not good at all. I have no visual of my home when im away.

I bought the 4 camera system and was worries about whether thus app would work given some of the reviews, but it works perfectly on both my Galaxy S2 and my husbands iPhone 6. We can watch, record and switch camera views without an issue, image quality is perfect, app was easy to start up. Very happy

The app work for a while with our phone but completely stop working now. I am very disappointed with the product and waste of time plus mpney to install them in our home.

Worked for a day. Now I get buffering issues and app constantly crashes. Remote access is useless. What a waste money. Nice work Uniden.

Please fix bug. It was working fine but now I can't monitor my CCTV remotely. MY CCTV is useless now. Waste of money. Thanks Guardian.

App is pointless never works alway tells me the cameras are offline. Had it workinf once but now the live view is pointless cant see my motion detected recordings uniden you need to more time into getting your apps working correctlt because the system is almost useless without it.

Worked ok for months now suddenly won't connect remotely. Keeps saying connecting failed. Not happy, the whole reason I got this product was so I could view it remotely. I haven't changed anything at my end so whatever it is please fix it !

Works fine on the 4-camera system...although it chews through the data. If you have the 8 camera system be sure you have very fast internet connection speeds if you want to live stream in HD otherwise reduce the bitrate and resolution quality until all cameras view on screen.

completely useless. after several attempts to create a login which resulted in a "registration failed" message, I finally managed to be successful only to repeatedly receive "socket connection failed" message when trying to actually log in.

App never connects, only reason why I got it was for remote access without being there, what a waste of money, it has connected once, with live feed, out of about 3 days, because I have only had it for 3 days. Cameras are either offline or wont connect

Crashed all the time and need to restart my device... please fix this apps otherwise no point to buy this product.. better to try other product

App worked for a while but it says now device is offline..I doesnt seem to be working for at least weeks now..can someone fix it or give us an alternative app to use for uniden cameras.

Worked for short time now keeps saying socket connection failed and my Husband's works on his HTC I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 so frustrated!!

Can't view camera footage with this app. Either comes up with device offline or buffering. The only time i could view footage was when i was 900 kms away! Very dissapointed

It stop working total waste of money please dont buy this uniden unit..

Worked great for 4 months but now it just keeps saying "device off line" with the very occasional connect.

This is rubbish i got the app for remote access and it freezes all the time and only shows a buffering screen

Tha app needs upgrade always crushes ,connection failed and etc

App needs improvement. Does not work when you need it to.buffering issues .

The only problem I m having difficulties is the BEEPING. PLZ HELP.

Won't let me open the app on my Samsung. Feel like it was a waste of my money installing these cameras. Fix it please so we get what we paid for!

App continues to crash on galaxy s5. Pls fix asap as really quite usless for remote access. 5 stars once fixed

The app is crap. Doesn't work. False advertising since you product says your can remote view via the app. It doesn't work.

Continuesly buffering i cant see any pictures from camera at all. So much for feeling secure. Pretty disapointed.

Keeps crashing on a Galaxy S6. Expected more from Uniden. Especially for a security app.
