The challenges range from bodyweight workouts to tougher weighted exercises, each with the goal of pushing out as many reps as possible in just 30 SECONDS.
Got any Grenade® products? Simply scan the target on the product with your camera to view a Challenge demo from one of the Team Grenade® athletes, but not as you’ve ever seen before!
See the AR figures take on the exercises as if they were right in front of you, then, if you’re ready, focused and pumped, get recording your attempt!
Submit your challenge videos for the chance to earn a place on the Global Leaderboards, with monthly winners of some incredible prizes, including a trip of a lifetime!

The challenge will not allow me to post my video. It was a good challenge, but not worth it if I can't post my video. If you use the grenade record way it works, but otherwise you get an error.

A lot more to the app than i thought. Each challenge has 500 Dollars prize, you have to go online to see the leaderboards to seewhere you have placed. Grenades facebook is full of prizes you can earn from the App.

Video log for pressups challenge cut out after 29seconds, so only had 26 seconds for challenge which I managed to do 44 pressups. Absolutely fuming.

Really easy to use, some great challenges cant wait to try it!

Recently purchased Grenade Thermo Detonator capsules and it has a scan sticker on top of the box, I try to scan it on the app and after the 3 2 1 it does nothing and just shows the man doing exercises still..
