Ultimate CallerID also lets you block numbers with ease, and the next time that person tries to call again, your phone will automatically ignore them! The handy menu app lets you manage your settings as well as your blocked numbers.

Note: In order to receive location information about the caller, your phone (and carrier) must support simultaneous voice & data. Everything else will work fine regardless.
