Initially I would only look at this twice a week because I would forget that I had this app. Then I observed how different my mental state would be throughout the whole day when I used the app first thing in the morning to set the tone of my day. Now it is becoming an ingrained daily practice. The short focused exercises work so well for tapping into the energy of gratitude immediately. I much prefer this to a random gratitude journal. And have used the online journal that comes with this app more frequently than my paper gratitude journal for that reason. I can't recommend this enough for anyone of any spiritual orientation. I just love it.
