I have use this for 10 years since I went to small game. Good for everyone can walk inside mall, hunter, fishing, hiking because there are lot of wood cover with fog to get lost. Remember keep your eyes on the sky which sunridirection bright come up. Mark points when you start move. You will find destination history back parking site. After you done going activity games, keep return back where you were came mark points. Very simple you won't ask people around. Be good luck you are be on your own.

Works ok otherwise but the mark place/set destination function should show current map middle by default. And the click map to choose function just doest work. And why not have a pop-up menu when holding finger down on map? And offline maps would be great!

I've used this app of and on for four years, on three different phones. I can't get the app to set my way points and I can't seem to get the demo to play, or get offline maps to work. On the other hand it picks up gps satellites faster and better than any Garmin products.

Great combo of a map with a compass that keeps the map always rotated to line up with real world around you (even if you're stationary, unlike typical gps nav apps which use the direction you're moving instead of the direction you're actually pointing/holding device). Works even if held almost vertical. Seems to use True north (corrected from magnetic north). Too bad the floating compass has tiny, low-contrast letters (N, S, E, W) & indistinct N & subtle (esp. over dark area of an app) needle arrowhead.

Went out bow hunting and if it wasn't for this app I would of never made back to my truck. I also lost my back tag about a month after that and I used this app to retrace my steps and I found it.
