As far as I can tell GoodReader Pro is a ripoff of FBReader that doesn't work and you have to pay for. Downloaded it as it was recommended for a pdf with embedded links. It wouldn't open that pdf or any other pdf or supported file type I had. It did recommend a few plug-ins to fix the issue, which I tried, but I got suspicious when all of the names started with FB and it still wouldn't work. Downloaded FBReader (free, with unobtrusive ads) which works perfectly, even though both apps look identical. Incidentally I talked to someone a few weeks later who had the exact same experience.
