GoCar

The app is full of bugs! Not only it drains battery like crazy, but it crashes 90% of the time. I can't open the car after I made a booking and giving that my card never worked it makes the app useless, having to call to get the car opened. Good idea, but really poor app!

It crashes half of the times I use it. There's an error msg saying it can't connect to internet, which goes away after I stop it and start it again

I have not once been able to successfully use the app to book or manage a trip due to error messages and crashing with no feedback.

It's a good app, but it drains all my battery.

New update seems a lot more stable. Like the price summary at the end too. Nice job!

The navigation and controls was much better on the previous version. To locate ur booked car the previous version was much better. New one is no good. Keeps reporting as application stopped working very frequently.

Love using gocar. But I find the app and website need more refining and better design decisions. Their UX is nearly there, but misses the mark in places. App crashes all the time too.

Some really terrible design decisions (clock with am/pm? Hello the 90's are calling and the visualisation of showing available bookings) makes this hard to use. Elegant is different.

I've been using go car for a number of years, sames me a fortune by not having an in necessary car in the city but I still have access tonne anytime I need it. App makes it easier to use now too

This app is a really great addition to the GoCar service. It retains all the ease of use of the previous Cambio app and improves with the car location feature. One thing I miss is the ability to book a car on the spot. With the old app, even if the time was a few minutes after the quarter-hour (e.g. 1.18pm), it was possible to make a booking for that last quarter-hour (e.g. 1.15pm) and therefore jump in the car straight away. In the new app, it doesn't allow this, and requires the user to wait.

Still needs some work but good overall. A little crashy at times and a direct link to the helpline or other support options is needed

This app rarely works, particularly when you need it most (for example to extend a booking) and is poorly designed (forcing you to use AM/PM instead of 24 hr clock). It needs a major revision.

I had some difficulty entering my pin once I got into the car, but the app worked exactly as it should've. Customer support was prompt and courteous.

Simple is better. A turd rolled in glitter is still a turd. Cambio worked perfectly. If it ain't broken...

The app and booking system are pretty bugy, I've had a number of problems since they changed over from the previous system.

Please let me disable notifications. I booked a car I think I know when I'm going to be driving it, don't need constant reminders. This feature should have an option to turn off. *Edit*: Android N allows me to do this now. Blocked all notifications.

It crashes when I try to login. Please fix it.

It looks pretty. Really like the look. Now you can do everything from the app, even unlock the car. Poor starting screen and occasionally crashing though. Fees description a bit deceptive. So is alternative booking proposals - not showing alternatives on map. Which is bad, as one doesn't know what he's reserving. Also, unless you're planning on expanding to Africa, allow selecting preferred town/map area. Old version was more functional.

Entered the car and I couldn't started

The overall concept of GoCar has impressed me since it's inception and this application is no different. The process from start to finish is flawless with the abilty to sign up and book your car in a matter of minutes.

Great app for a great service. Been using GoCar for a while now and this app just enhances the experience.

You should test the app before releasing. It's working, but crashes every now and then.

It installs and starts up, but once I log in with my pin and accept the terms it crashes. Every time after that I open it, it just crashes immediately. Tried uninstalling it but same story. Sony Xperia Z5. Happy to update review if this is fixed.

Doesn't work. More of a title screen than an app.

This app is terrible! The old one was bad, but at least it worked. This has failed every single time I've tried to use it except once. Sort it out go car. It's embarrassing that you didn't test this app before releasing it !!

Got browned off testing this. From hanging when adding a phone number to forcing users to calculate the 15 min time frame to ignoring material design whenever it suited. Better looking than what exists already in theory. Looking forward to seeing it improve with feedback. Fingers crossed it's listened to.
