La Calicar nasce nel 2008 a Casteldaccia in provincia di Palermo. Contemporaneamente, per garantire una più ampia copertura commerciale, inaugura una sede anche a Milano. Pur essendo un’azienda giovane può già vantare l’esperienza ventennale dei titolari nel settore Automotive e comincia a distinguersi fin da subito nella vendita di usato garantito con un parco vetture delle migliori marche, in particolare BMW e MINI.
