About Movement of Yoga Respiratory
Of course you've heard in Yoga is the Breathing Exercise which is also known as Yoga Circles or yoga circle. But before digging deeper into the Respiratory Exercises in Yoga, we'll cover this next topic that is still related to the breathing exercises in yoga.
How to Breathe Right
If you really want a great illustration, take a look at the baby. They breathe diaphragmally and naturally. In other words, they do not use their shoulders or press their stomachs. To be honest, the better you can do Sun Salutations and the faster your breathing is corrected, then you can concentrate more intensely. I will describe the various tests to show different forms of breathing and then how to combine them to get the most out of your inhalation.
Yoga gives its main concern to the physical body, which is the vehicle on the existence and activity of the soul. Purity of mind will not be possible without the purity of the body that may be achieved through lack of diet, asanas (or positive exercise) and pranayama breath controller.
Pranayama is one of the most important practices of all forms of yoga. In practice, one can control the nervous system and thus gain gradual control over the vital energy and mind. Breathing means to live and live means to breathe! Starting from the baby's first cry at birth until the last breath of a dying man, they are nothing but a series of breaths.
To be honest, the air you breathe is more important than what you eat when you get the most out of your energy from the breath of life. Yoga ancestors have stated that true breathing habits, with a natural diet, will cultivate races and modern human ailments such as blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, and tuberculosis! In some institutions in the Western Hemisphere, correct breathing is taught for physical health.
Right Breathing Yoga
In order to get a large amount of air with little effort, do the following test to see which one is the most profitable.
Test 1
Sitting upright in Vajrasan; crossing legs or in chairs. Make sure the spine is straight. Now relax. Do not puff out or bend forward.
Now accompany your metronome voice, setting at 60 bpm, inhalation temporarily to allow the diaphragm to go down without raising the chest and / or shoulders. The goal should be to dome the stomach, as some vocal instructors are called insist, as in "Sing your diaphragm!" Count how many seconds of inhalation you can do with this method and make a mental note!
Test 2
Sit up straight as in Test 1.
Now fight the purpose of test 1 and diaphragm stiffing.
Next expand the chest and take a deep deep breath. The following breathing will be done through the respiratory muscles associated with the ribs.
Do you see how much air you can actually breathe through this test ... not much right?
Test 3
Sit up straight again like in the previous position.
The stomach takes a deep breath by raising the shoulders and collarbone
This test will show that you can only inhale it, but through this method you can inhale very much.
Test # 1 is known as Deep Breathing
Test # 2 is known as Chest Respiratory
Test # 3 is known as shallow / High Respiratory
Of deep Breathing is the best and may be controlled only by conscious efforts or through Sun Salutations and especially the Shoulder Stand and pose counters. (Although a good diet tends to route you naturally!)
Now we have taken the picture to discover how to breathe properly, something almost all babies and animals know to do, in part 2 we will see some real Yoga Breathing Exercises.
