Zoolz Archive - Cloud Viewer

This is really needing upload. Does anyone else feel like taking the files from there phone uploading to PC then uploading to Cloud? Not me. Also, streaming audio files should have the ability to play whole folders. The song is over, guess i better pull my phone or of my pocket and play another one... Come on. Also this app only streams a small few video formats. Why? I think the cloud service is great. But this app is lazy

As I use the 100gb backup on my home pc it's kinda crazy that I can't really read a simple notepad on this ?? It requests I use my PC? I realise this is in essence only a viewer but really you think you would have the ability to at least read a simple notepad. I mean you can view images. Makes no sense. Apart from that 100GB free is great for my PC needs. Thanks

Such failure, what is the point of this stupid App! it falls short of even basic features needed to upload and download files from mobile devices to cloud, meaning it's useless. Dev needs a vital update to make this app what it should have been in the first place, I don't know why it hasn't got mobile cloud features from the ground up!

This is the most worthless "cloud backup" app I've ever used. This app doesn't support pushinh files from youe phone to tue cloud. I bought a lifetime subscription to Zoolz Archive because they said they had an android app. Little did I know the app could only download files from the cloud not upload. Don't waste your time with Zoolz.

So far so great. Please read this. I just bought and paid for 1tb of cloud storage. The one-time payment was incredibly cheap compared to all the other cloud storage is I've seen. after paying for it I had to download the app. When I came to the Google Play Store I started to read the reviews about it and was worried I had bought a lemon. To make a long story short the reviews that say you cannot upload and download between a computer and an Android phone are wrong. I have a Windows 8 laptop and an Android phone with nougat and I am having no problem at all. Matter of fact it is working flawlessly and I'm very impressed with the quality of the photos that are being saved to the cloud and I can access. Also the speed of access is incredibly fast . much faster than than Google photo. Speaking of quality of the photo. GOOGLE FREE STORAGE IS JUNK. It saves your photo at a very small percentage of the original file size and in essence turns it into a ghost of the original. This app saves at the original size. This one's a winner you just have to figure out how to use it. You will need to download Android app on your phone. And also download the Windows app on your computer in order for this to work.

Terrible app! I paid for the cloud access based on the description of the add that you will be able to have files available from pc to cellphone but this is garbage!!! Lost my money! You cannot download files from cellphone to pc! Just works 1 way!!! Garbage!!!!

This whole Zoolz scenario is a joke. First, even in the description here, they infer that this app can back up your files. THIS IS ONLY A VIEWER. As for the other parts of this service, it's more of a joke. The PC software to back up your files goes to ONLY the Cold Storage where it takes forever to retrieve files if you need them. The "vault" section is where you can back up and retrieve instantly but the software doesn't allow for that. If you want to use the Vault section, you have to drag and drop manually which doesn't need software. Even that has a catch. You HAVE to use Chrome to drop in folders. Firefox cannot do it. There are so many speedbumps using this, it's slowing me to a crawl. This is really funny.... I'm going to keep the service and not get a refund. Why? It's 2TB of lifetime (their lifetime, not yours) space. I got it on special price and I can squeeze some value out of it. THIS app is the rock bottom of useful. I found so many bugs in it I had to buy another can of spray.

I'm not sure if it will backup my phone photos and files from this app. Or i can only access the files that i have loaded from my computer?

I paid $49.99 for lifetime subscription and it doesn't work. Desktop app says "all backed up" but nothing has been uploaded. Web page for contacting support doesn't work. I am going to ask for refund.

A total rip off. After purchasing this product, I was informed that it will not back up smartphone data.

Not sure about the purpose of this app. If it's just to watch files, then it's fine, although I would expect something more usefull. I highly suggest adding the functionality to upload photos folders to the service.

This app is a total failure. Nothing to do with being "user friendly". Be aware, these guys will refuse to refund you, it's a scam!

You cannot upload or sync from the mobile. I can't believe it! Spent so much time trying to figure it out until I read other reviews.

Misleading company and app. All this app does is let you see files backed up from your computer

I am a small business that only use tablet and due to this i cannot use your storage, this is stupid now a days if you are going to offer an android or os app you best let that person use it with out a pC I spend 90% of my time on the road going from site to site

Why no mobile upload and sync, with all this "connected world" virtually all my photos are taken with my phone and I want to have full backup rather than the reduced size Google offers as free.

Two main features missing so far from their service: 1. No option to upload or backup from the mobile app so no real reason to install it. 2. No option to upload folders from web ui, only files - this is a BIG fail. Pls try to fix.

Could u please update your apps by enabling it through smartphone so it could makes more easier for uploading n downloading rather than using the web.

No uploading feature, slow interface. Needs graphically rehauling. Please show some love to this app - i would love to upload my images taken from my phone to my account.

Says you have to have to have a computer to sign in and I do not use one. Just a tablet and phone. Deleted.

I known you can not view the files from cold storage unless it's a picture. But I just want to DOWNLOAD IT TO MY PHONE! What's wrong with this app!? Blocking customers from DOWNLOADING!? WTF??

Please include continuation of backup with same computer unless user themselves archive it. Secondly include checksum feature so that one can assure themselves that file has been correctly uploaded. Third and last let rename old archived computer. Allow viewing of all sorts of picture files

I am a IT person with a large amount of data (work & personal). I use several cloud backup services. Zoolz offered 1TB Lifetime for <$80. I took it 4 months ago and the performance has been top notch. Used for my Desktop, Laptop & Android. Highly recommend!

Repeated failure. Uninstallling an otherwise promising app.

From android there is no way possible to upload files to this Zoolz cloud, neither "share to Zoolz cloud" options.

Not the worst, but not the best. I'll stick with my Google cloud
