- يمكنك من خلاله حساب مؤشر معدل كتلة الجسم معرفة كم الوزن الذى تريد خسارته.
- برنامج مدربك الخاص يعطيك اﻷرشادات المطلوبة والتى تحتاجها في أربع أنواع من الرياضة (الجري-بناء العضلات-خسارة الوزن-اللياقة البدنية).
- لن تحتاج إلي البحث فى أى مكان أخر عن كيفية التدريب ﻷنه أصبح معك مدربك الخاص.
